This review belongs to Legal Aide Center Southern NEVADA (LACSN) as I asked Trustpilot but is not clear where to add new one as they don't have a profile on here. Here is my review for them I apologize to bring your rating down if Trustpilot knows how to ADD for new reviews, then will go there but it doesn't show anywhere there.

My review on LACSN:

After not getting past emails confirmation stated below that I did get unfairness of their assistance as I asked to reconsider to reopen case as Lupe did not ask me exactly what help I needed from them but received a decline of rep due to not getting understood what I wanted initially and didn't call me back when asked or all the emails I sent as proof to them till I got that email declination from them. No response anymore to reconsider the case from them. In doing this, if this Legal Aide Center of SN would have done the right thing to keep me posted and asked for clarification, this would have prevented this chronic misunderstanding from this business if they were there to assist people, not to abandon them, when I asked for reconsideration even to a disabled veteran that they don't care is for there self service not for the people. The lazy staffs there shouldn't work if they DON"T want to attempt to do the right thing for us. What kind of service does a person get when reaching to people needing their assistance especially to a veteran?

I've had family of 3-4 little vicious kids from middle east moved in Apr or May 2023 had complaint of excessive noise pollution for quite sometime from me and another residence; then was able to get a response from Key Prop mgr-owner, via BBB complaint, is not very respectful person had come across before with him in the past.

Their folks have always ghosted me since 2022 due to a water leak led to mold to my home where HOA and Key Prop won't do anything about is all out of my pocket. Now went to see a representative at LACSN, I asked Lupe as sending things to her through emails to ensure she's getting all my doc's never responded till the day of declination of my initial request for their assistance from her email but was not kept in touch throughout to get the clarification ensuring what I was really asking them for but in their mind was to evict the family but I was trying to get them to do a letter to the HOA-Key Property about being responsible to their renters as they almost in the two years avoided this & kept calling the police on them. I definitely did NOT get fairness of this case. I think living in NV there are so many troll businesses don't want to do the right thing but 'money' talks to other people will submit to them for it.
