What a delight to deal with Lakeland Leather. My experience has far exceeded any previous customer service experiences. Deliveries are quick and the quality of the product is exceptional. The leather is soft and of excellent quality I dealt with Geraldine and she was absolutely fabulous. There was a slight issue which was settled very quickly and I can only thank Geraldine for being the perfect Customer Service representative. I have been looking for a leather jacket for a while and lakeland site is easy to navigate and use the jacket arrived quickly and is the most beautiful soft leather fits well I bought a larger size so I can fit a jumper underneath it is perfect and so was the sale price excellent service well recommended

I have no problem both with the product or the service I have received. I have tried the slipper only to check the size. As with all new shoes a little tight but will ware in once warn.

Good description of product, easy to order and delivery on time. I did expect bag to be in a box rather than just thick brown paper which didn't seem much to protect the leather. My partner hasn't used bag yet so unable to comment on suitability.

Sadly the item had to be returned as it wasnt suitable- a note to others, I still use cash and bank notes - not Euros, didnt fit the wallet section. A shame as its a neat purse that fitted a new handbag.
Refund was dealt with quickly.

A good quality soft glasses card, the leather has a nice grain and texture.

I bought a leather jacket about 30 years ago from Lakeland it is still being worn and looks new so my experience before buying my latest leather jacket was already positive. The new jacket arrived beautifully packaged and quickly, the colour is beautiful, the leather is soft and the design very modern and I absolutely love it

It's not just the high quality items available but the service offered from purchase to forwarding and returning If necessary, which is excellent!

I love the quality of the leather that Lakeland use…super soft and ultra comfortable. The fit of the jacket is great too although the sleeves of my latest purchase are a bit on the long side so will be tucking them under. Notably this wasn’t the case on my previous purchase so clearly the sleeve length varies between jackets.
The jacket was delivered within a few days of my placing the order so no issues there.

I received a fantastic quality leather purse and outstanding customer care team from Lakeland Leather. Both Geraldine and Agnieska are a real credit to Lakeland and were extremely helpful when the courier (DPD) held up delivery of my purse returning it eventually to Lakeland! Lakeland is a really customer focused company and I highly recommend both them and their products.

Lovely bag. I want more leather bags as I have concern about some faux leather products now. Bag is just the size, colour I wanted & I like 3 compartment s when I open it. Also with stories of bags being cut open at the bottom, in attempted theft, I'd like to think thieves wouldn't get my phone and purse in one action.
Phone is locked with 2 pins and I never walk around with my purse. I always secure purse before I walk on. I had purse taken years ago, a scarf theft years later and a magazine theft from open tote bags with no secure fastening. I believe that scarf, magazines thieves hoped to find something more valuable. They were so quiet when they did this. Didn't know magazine was missing until I got on bus. So yes I'm happy with the bag
