I love my new leather backpack; it was delivered promptly, beautifully packed. it’s smart, carries everything I need and is comfortably to carry on my back.

I purchased a leather jacket and unfortunately hadn’t changed my address when I moved, the lady on the phone ( I didn’t get her name which is a shame) said it had been packaged and was ready for collection, she took my new address and sent someone upstairs to put it on the parcel. My jacket arrived at my new address the next morning, Brilliant customer service going above and beyond to help me, no complaints from me. The jacket is perfect, beautiful leather and so soft. Thank you ladies in customer service, very much appreciated.

Ordering was easy and straightforward. Delivery arrived quickly. The purse and glasses cases I ordered are excellent quality. Will definitely buy from Lakeland Leather again. Highly recommended.

The leather belt I bought, is an extremely good product with a great ratchet buckle design. A very small point is that the company etched or had etched their their name on the buckle belt loop. Although neatly done,I would have preferred that it had remained plain.

I have purchased a couple of items from these guys. Great quality and well worth it. Sadly I managed to pick up a great price on a jacket I have been looking at and it was lovely. But I had to return as they didn't have my size.

A Smart handbag with long , versatile straps. A good navy, not too dark. Plenty of pockets, but not too heavy. I look forward to using it both daily at home, and on long distance trips and holidays.

Easy enough to order. Pleasant exchange on the phone when asking for clarification about delivery. Disappointing that they offer a further discount after an order is placed. Unnecessary.
