Just had a Hanchu system fitted yesterday and now getting to grips with the app.
From the inital contact and quote to installation the experience has been great.
I had multiple quotes as I refined my requirements and these were handled very promptly. The initial site visit from Elliot allayed my worries as he took time to explain all aspects.
The installation was planned the scaffolding went up day before by the smartest scaffolders Ive ever seen and this in itself gave me confidence in the installation.
The team arrived promptly at expected time and very professionally began the install. Joe checked how I wanted things and nothing was a problem the lads worked non stop and took great care leaving everything clean and tidy when completed
If you are considering solar I couldn’t recommend Lakes Solar any higher a very professional company that go that extra bit to ensure your understanding and happiness

Had a Hanchu Solar system installed, Battery Gateway etc. just over 6k. All went well from initial quote to site visit and installation. They did a very neat job and turned up exactly when they said they would and left no mess around. All documents MCS and everything have been sent. Cant fault it powering my house totally in the summer sun. The app was a little complicated but Ive got most of it to work now. No complaints from me at this price it will be paid off in around 7 years and was half the price of most of my quotes.
The Hanchu gear might seem like a cheap option to fox and sigenergy but its half the price and does the same job.

Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt with the online quote. No change to the quote when they surveyed the property. All installation work was completed on time and the installers spent time after the end of the installation to explain the safety features and operating requirements for the system.
Overall very satisfied.

Excellent service from start to finish.

From initial email enquiry, through site survey, quotation, scaffolding, installation/commissioning of panels, inverter, solar battery and 7.2kW EV charger in less than 3 weeks!

Delighted with the quality of all the equipment supplied and the workmanship of the team.

My solar PV and battery system is performing well, and the EV charger recommended and installed by Lakes Solar at the same time is working perfectly.

A great local business - Elliot and the team were a pleasure to deal with.
