I did not take long for the loan to get approved

My loan officer Jedidiah Miles was extremely helpful. He answered all the questions that I had in a timely manner.
Lakeview customer service always answered their calls in a timely manner and I was never placed on hold for long. The approval process was also completed in a timely manner.

With other loan company's, I was on the phone for hours. Getting help to fill out the application, to get turned down anyway, for something stupid. This was easy, and nice to have a little financial freedom. Thank you Monte

Everyone I delt with were awesome. There was no frustration with getting this loan. Was very simple and took no time at all. I am very satisfied with Lakeview all the way around. The payment plan fit in with my budget and a very good interest rate.

I had trouble uploading documents. It would have been very helpful to have alternative methods in which to send documents - fax, email taxes, etc. If you cannot upload a document, through no fault of your own, you are out of luck. It made the process unnecessarily stressful.

Lakeview is HORRIBLE. They have not paid my personal property taxes in 2026. I have plenty of funds in the escrow account, but still they have done NOTHING. I have called multiple times for hours at a time, emailed, been told a manager would call me back...and still NOTHING. I have delinquent notices and late fees... STILL NOTHING. Their costumer service is HORRIBLE. Do not use them. It has been over 2 months of tracking down a manager and still NOTHING.

The process was quick, and seamless. Ben was so helpful and increased my knowledge of how the process works. He was there every step of way. Thank you so much!

Brad Andrews was diligent, honest, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in helping us navigate our HELOC. He worked around our scheduled and answered any questions we had! The process was simple and easy!

The worst mortgage servicers are ....lakeview loan care have messed up my escrow account over the years for various reasons. They put that i wanted to pay down on my mortgage over $20,000 curtailment fee and they had to do an investigation and an agent had 2 screens open and made huge mistake on my acct that was intended for another customers acct!
They dont care, and now more mistakes w them blaming my homeowners insurance and telling me i owe extra for an escrow shortage that again was their mistake!! Stay on top of your morgage servicer!!!
You have to call and question everything they do!! U will get all sorts of answers, and none of the answers are the same!! Very dissapointing and time consuming:{

They lied n did what they wanted. I wanted refinancing at a lower rate, told me I had to take out equity. Told them no, they did everything anyway and now trying to make me pay 700 for an appraisal they wanted n told me the VA would pay for it. They gave my credit card information without my consent to pay for it. I already paid for a pest control inspection that they said i would be reimbursed for. Im a service connected disabled vet and a single parent of a 6yr old on a set income. Told them no n they went forward anyway. So dont trust nothing they say n give nothing to them. Sad part, they charging me for things i didn't authorize and I never got a copy of pest control or appraisal.

No. 4 times. One star. Total lack of professionalism. No concern for accountability
