I recently ordered a leather multi zip waist bag which can be doubled as a cross body bag! The quality of the leather is amazing and at such a competitive price.
I found the item under the Fruugo website and got introduced to Lamb land. I will deal with them direct in future.
I use a competitor down here in Cornwall namely Celtic and co. They’re far more expensive for similar items.
There were a few hiccups dealing with the Fruugo website but now I’m dealing with them direct it’s far more efficient.
I cannot praise Melissa the Office manager and content creator enough for her customer service.
This is a third generation family business established 1961 that deserves support.

I absolutely love this jacket ! Treated myself to a Ladies Aviator finished sheepskin after looking at several other UK sellers. I’m quite petite so didn’t want anything too bulky (size 8-10)
I ordered an 8 online, direct from Lambland and it’s spot on. Very well made. A quick note about chemicals and such like... i’m intolerant/allergic to some hair dyes and have reactions to the dye on leather handbags (seriously) This seems fine... no tongue tingling after trying it on and wearing it for a while 👍
Arrived promptly next day delivery.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, I ordered via Amazon before Christmas, for delivery to Dublin via virtual UK address. I emailed to say nothing had arrived, Paul asked for my address in Dublin and 3 days later I had a replacement package. That is above and beyond, and exemplifies what customer service should be. The goods are also high quality and exactly as advertised.

Over the past few years I have purchased many pairs of moccasins from Lambland all without issue fast delivery and correct, recently a pair purchased May 2020 developed a fault they sorted the problem within a few days great company highly recommended.

Do not order from this company. Orders fail to arrive and customer service from some guy called Paul is utterly dreadful. Worst company I have ever ordered from online. Stay away from them, you will lose your money and get ignored by them for months. Waste of space!

I just wanted to say this company are fantastic, lots of my nephews presents didn’t arrive on time due to the Christmas postal rush but these slippers weren’t supposed to come in time for his birthday on Sunday when I ordered them it said either Tuesday or Wednesday but they actually came on Saturday which was a lovely surprise as even gave me plenty of time to wrap them. He loves the slippers and the size fitted perfectly too, they look great, I am very impressed and happy 😃

Beautifully made digger gilet for my grandson, really well made, he's mad on diggers, so I know he will love it, very good customer service, there was no problem when I needed to change original for a smaller size, just love the quality would recommend

I ordered two items from this website, received just one, no idea what's happened to the other item. I'm guessing it's to do with the parcel delivery company & despite sending numerous emails I've not even had a response. I wouldn't use this company again & certainly don't recommend them.

Ordered item but it hadn't turned up after 11 days so contacted the shop the response was amazing explained what had happened and the very next day a replacement arrived its customer service at its very best would recommend this shop to anyone who would be interested in quality service

I ordered a pair of moccasin slippers a few weeks ago and they turned up quite quickly. However, big problem - wrong design and wrong color! The slippers which arrived were advertised as being camel in color but they were pale pink and the design that was sent was not the one I ordered or as nice. What a mess!! However, they are only slippers so I ended up keeping them. It is such a hassle these days returning something that I gave up. BUT Lambland u couldn’t have got it much more wrong than that!! Buck up!!
In their favour I have to say the slippers fitted and are quite comfortable now they have ‘given’ a little.

Ordered Earthing Moccasins as just wanted good quality moccasins without lining, ie just like the original design of moccasins.
Arrived within 2 days, helpful advice was given when I made pre order enquiry re sizing.
These truly are the most comfortable fitting moccasins I have ever worn! Like a second skin!!
No doubt in recommending this company.... British made product too 👍

Great Customer Service!
I ordered a pair of slippers for my husband as a Christmas Gift, received them promptly, they then sent me another pair (which threw me a bit) When I opened them I realised that the first parcel was sent in the wrong size by mistake, they then sent the correct ones without waiting for me to send the wrong ones back or charging me for the second pair.
No many companies would have done that even if they realised about the mistake. My husband had his slippers to open at Christmas, which he loved and I did the honest thing and sent the spares back using their free returns label. 10 out of 10

I purchased 2 sheepskin rugs - which were fabulous quality but didn't quite match my colour scheme and had a no quibble return. I then re-ordered a darker shade - and Lambland kindly (and patiently!!) explained the difference between British and NZ/Australian sheepskins, assisting me in what would be most suitable.
I actually looked up to see if there were two companies with the same name - as I can't believe anyone has had a negative experience. The google reviews (lots of very positive ones) are more accurate.

Unacceptable and very poor customer service.
Over a month after ordering two sheepskins, I am still waiting for my items.
These were advertised as being in stock when I placed my order and LL was happy to take immediate payment. Since that time the company has done nothing to follow up.
Furthermore, despite my requests for proactive communication, LL has repeatedly made no effort to update me. The owner/manager, Paul is curt, unapologetic and makes assurances he cannot fulfil.

Myself and various family members have had quite a few orders from this lovely British company based in Ilfracombe, all have been as described and of excellent quality. The site does make it clear that sometimes if you want a colour / size not in stock there might be a delay. The week before Christmas I ordered two double sheepskins in the gorgeous tipped colour which is a soft gold peach cross. They arrived at the start of the New Year and they are beautiful, very thick and soft and the backing is equally soft - no nasty smell as you get with cheaper Chinese imports. I am more than happy to keep on ordering from them - incidentally I recommend the grooming brush they sell for the sheepskins, keeps them looking great.

Purchased these Lambland Mens Genuine Sheepskin Suede Moccasin Slippers with Soft Suede Sole from Lambland Ltd on Ebay. The seller is located in the UK. Depending on the brand of shoe, I wear either a Men's US size 8 or 8/12. I ordered the slippers in Men's size 8 & the seller sent me a pair of slippers in Men's UK size 7 or EURO size 40. I googled the size chart to get the UK men's equivalency of US men's size 8 & that would be a UK size 71/2 or EURO size 41.5 . The size the seller sent me were equivalent to US men's size 71/2 which are too small & judging from the size slippers the seller sent me, I would likely need a men's US size 81/2 or UK size 8..
The seller refused to accommodate me by either doing an exchange for the proper size or offering a refund..
I would highly recommend avoiding to transact with this seller on Ebay as he has several other negative feedback reviews on his business practices ..

I live by the motto that the customer needs to be treated right & fairly & deliver exactly what the customer ordered especially important to mention if the sizes of your slippers are made smaller or larger than stated size. Oftentimes I could take a size 8.5 US men's if the shoe or slipper is made smaller than the stated size..
My motto in business is this > "Your Satisfaction is My Success!" meaning the customer's satisfaction...
A very unhappy customer!!!

One of the worst companies I ever dealt with so far. The owners and the managers lack any sense of responsibility and newer follow up. Complete disgrace.

Back in early April I ordered a sexto shipskin rug from Lambland which they promised to deliver by mid May. However that didn’t happen. After receiving nothing by mid May and seeing no updates from Lambland I emailed them kindly asking about my order’s fate. That’s how it all started.

In fact by mid June I’d sent about 20 emails to Lambland and called them several times. Every time the person on the other end was perfectly adequate and polite and promised to check the progress of my order with their shop and get back to me ‘later on today’ or ‘tomorrow’. Which they never did. No single time at all.

I totally appreciate it is a tough time for the whole retail sector, and any business may suffer delays in their supply chain or gaps in funding.

But what makes me really upset in this situation is the people who run Lambland and their attitude. Despite the order being long overdue they never made any effort to inform me about the progress or the reason for delay or simply apologise. And even when they clearly promised get back, they just didn’t. All I had from Lambland by mid June is a mountain of promises to call me tomorrow or to email me or to ship. And none of those promises has ever been fulfilled.

Sometimes I think about the Lambland founder who and likely answered some of my calls or emails — who are they? Why they do what they do? What happens in their minds when they promise something to other people and then simply ignore those promises?

UPD:
Coincidentally or not, after leaving this negative feedback on several resources I received two emails from Lambland. Happy days! They’ve finally decided to email me. Moreover this time Lambland promised to ship my order on the next day. And they did!

But what’s arrived was another surprise. I paid for «British Premium Quality Large Rare Breed Sheepskin Rug». But what I received is better described as «The worlds smallest sexto sheepskin rug». And also likely the most short-haired one.

The Lambland’s own size guide describes sexto as 180 x 180 cm. The rug I received was a complete joke: 174 x 139 in its widest places and 145 x 120 on average. Which looks a bit small even for a quad rug by the Lambland's own standards. Also with its hair length of 5 cm max it looks like a different breed of animal when compared to the description and the luxurious photos of the long-haired rrugs on the Lambland’s website.

So based on my very own experience I am not sure if I could recommend Lambland to my friends and family as well as to any person researching this company on the internet.
