Scam listings. They don't delete the identified fraudulent accounts.

Need help here because I tried to use this company to sell property they tell me I have duplicate numbers so when I tried to contact them by email it doesn't work and no reply and when I tried phoning them doesn't work either so my only conclusion is this company is a scam can anybody help me to change my mind

If I can give less than 1 star I would. This site is bordering to a scam. I'm not sure why this is allowed in Philippines. The price and picture of the property does not match at all. It's just a click bait. I sent my brother to inspect because it says the agents are verified/certified and my brother drove 1 hr to get there but the real price is more than double the advertised price. Lamudi should be ashamed and take their website down.

Most probably Lamudi Philippines is using a dummy buyer account.
I get notifications regarding some interested prospective buyers but when I try to call the number, either no one answers or the number doesn't work.

they give photos of the wrong places and locations. so your not sure what you are buying

They look for student interns to generate leads with a goal of 250 valid leads per week. They pay P200 per day of intern allowance, which can be obtained after the contract. Upon orientation, they would ask the interns to give them a week or two for the processing of payment after the end of contract. When you say goodbye to the internship, that's when they tell you that the processing time of intern allowance takes 1 or 2 months which is absurd.

The company better disclose this kind of information upon recruitment.

Never reply, it's a wonder they sell anything. Sellers and buyers beware

I paid 4k for feature ads and only got 1 view a day..just like regular ads...and they nasty

Worst experience ever.

After selecting 4 different properties for sale from their registered and award winning broker: My Saving Grace Realty & Development Corp

Suddenly they change the price for ALL of the selected properties. In one case the MORE than doubled the price and for the others an increase of 30%

When asking why the price changed, this is their reply:
Samin na po yung updated price..

This website if full of fake listings with fake prices, don't waste your time.

First impression is fair.

I'd pick out a nice handful of condominiums for rent in Makati - buildings I'm already familiar with and within the specs I'm looking for, where this site is easy and nice to navigate around at.

Unfortunately the listing ain't true. I were in contact with several brokers like Mary Grace Panganiban and Remi Samson who got listed multiple condos and even are registered as Certified Partners. In reality their listings is deceiving and just a teaser to catch prospects where they will try to sell you something else but not those units as listed.

Its hard to find trustworthy brokers in Manila but this site ain't helpful - just pure waste of time.
