I have searched for a Bashful Angel statue for years and finally went online to see if I could find one. Landscaper Outlet had it!! I was thrilled to find it and even more thrilled to be able to select the color/finish. It arrived and is even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The manufacturer of my outdoor pots had a major delay, which I, unfortunately, didn't hear about until I called to ask about why the pots hadn't shipped when promised. The new shipment date came and went, and, again I had to call to ask. Finally, on the third follow-up call, I spoke with Remy and explained that these pots were needed for an EVENT. She was incredibly responsive, great with communication, and ultimately speeded up the shipping so that I got my pots in time for my event. The non-response over the two weeks I worked with Matt is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. Remy, however, is a shining star!

The manufacturer of our chosen fountain had an issue with making the fountain we chose but Landscaper Outlet wrote us a personal email right away. They are working closely with us to work around the problem. I really appreciate the personal and knowledgeable service. Matt is really trying to take care of our needs.

Love the selection and quality of landscaper outlet -- so happy I found this company. Our new fire table is excellent quality and already a friends-and-family favorite. The service was top notch, too. I'll definitely be back for our next outdoor purchase!

From the time I first contacted Landscaper Outlet till the time my fountain arrived, I felt well taken care of. I purchased color samples and then had that $100 deducted from my purchase. The fountain came very quickly and looks just as I expected it to - great!

I was shopping for a large outdoor garden fountain and found Landscaper Outlet. The selection and pricing were very competitive - so I ordered a fountain and a fountain cover. The cover shipped the next day. I contacted Landscaper Outlet to inquire about the fountain and it was being made to my color specification and would ship in about two weeks. I received another email when my fountain shipped. It had a order number and freight carrier info. I contacted Landscaper outlet again because the order number didn't show on the carriers website and within literately minutes I had a response to my question. I needed the "Pro#" and Matthew from Landscaper Outlet looked it up and emailed it to me. Couldn't ask for more prompt and attentive service.

I made a purchase and didn't get any shipping confirm for 2 weeks. I called and was told that the item was out of stock from their suppliers and they would research the issue and call me back. Sure enough someone did and gave me a time frame of when our items would arrive. Because of the customer service provided, I didn't mind the delivery delay. However, when I received my product it was not as described on the website and the manufacture had changed the size of the product. I felt that LandscaperOutlet had done a poor job in staying informed of product changes and delays. They offered a full return and a discount on a future purchase. Due to the time frame I was stuck with what I had purchased because it was pointless to return and buy something else in time and it ended up costing me more money to change our landscape designs to accommodate the smaller products. What I really wanted was a credit to my account for all the trouble and false expectations! I appreciated that someone took ownership of my inquiry, followed-up, and set expectations on both issues but overall I wouldn't shop with this company again.

Ordered a 500 lb. concrete fountain online for my garden outside of my Florida home. I feel I got personal service from the sales staff, as well as detailed instructions on how to handle the delivery. The fountain was delivered on time and in perfect condition (all the way from New York State),assembled easily by my landscaper, and it works perfectly. There were no surprises here, and the fountain looks great.
