Landview Surveyors Bewertungen

Great survey and very thorough. My uncle who is a retired architect mentioned the standard was very good. Was also a great price considering the level of survey.

Landview Surveyors completed a level 2 home buyers survey on a property we were in the process of purchasing. We got quotes from several companies, and Landview Surveyors were the most competitive in terms of price. The booking process was entirely online and simple to follow, and the team were quick to respond to email communication. They were able to attend the property within a quick time frame, and we had the report delivered by PDF within the quoted time frames. The report we received was very detailed and easy to follow, helped by the inclusion of several photos to back up the surveyors findings. I would not hesitate to use Landview Surveyors again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them. Thanks team!

Impressive Detailed report

Really impressed with the professionalism and communication. A fantastic service and would absolutely use Landview again. We used them for our initial homebuyers report and also a valuation and used them again now for our remortgage. Absolutely 5 star.

Had a great experience with this company because they were good with communication, delivered service quickly and made the process very straightforward.

A thoroughly professional service completed quickly and efficiently

Very detailed report, everything was organised quickly. Price was lower than other companies. Would not hesitate to get landview again.

A big thanks to the surveyor himself named Alex. He went over and beyond gathering all the information for my new house I’m about to move in. Explains everything in his report in detail. Thanks

Landview Surveyors communicated well through out the process. The price was one good. The survey took place on the day stated, and the final survey report was delivered well within the timescale provided. The final report was clearly presented including supporting photographs and information. Overall an excellent experience during the stress of house buying.

Great communication. Immediately sent over detailed and clear report. Would definitely recommend.

AMAZING SERVICE!
Karla was extremely helpful and professional with clear advice and prompt responses.
As first time buyers we also requested a call with the surveyor (Christine) which was met with great enthusiasm. Christine was extremely helpful and reassuring going through each section of the report thoroughly. Will use again for all future purchases without a doubt!

I recently used Landview Surveyors for a Level 2 Home Buyer Survey and couldn't be more pleased with how easy and smooth the whole process was.

From the start, Karla was professional, helpful, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. She guided me through the process with clarity and efficiency.

When I received the survey report, I was really impressed by the level of detail and care that had gone into it. Even the current homeowner commented on how thorough Christine, the surveyor, had been on the day. It’s always reassuring to hear that from both sides! The depth and quality of the report really reflected Christine’s expertise.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Landview Surveyors to anyone needing a home buyer survey—professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with.

They were so professional with communication and provided report of the survey they did before the day they were aiming. I will refer them anytime to anyone. Be prepared to get a well furnished report for you to work on. Well done Team Landview Surveyors.

Really quick service as well as professional and really helpful after we got our report back and had a few questions. Would highly recommend!

The survey is conducted professionally and all aspects are covered, and the report is well detailed. The timing of service delivery is perfect. I am already telling friends about Landwiew Survey. Keep up with the great work.

We are extremely pleased with Landview Surveyors. They delivered a detailed and comprehensive report. Highly recommended.

The whole process has been a seamless and quick! I am so impressed with the level of the survey that was completed on the property we are purchasing, it is thorough and very detailed and has highlighted things we would never have known about. Communication has been great and we received our report back quicker than expected. Would highly recommend Landview Surveyors

We've used Landview twice. Both surveys were very detailed helping inform and reassure you during the buying process. The communication received throughout the booking and survey process was great. Great service and value for money.

Amazingly in-depth and reasonably priced. We had clear communication with Kataleeyar and had our survey carried out by Laila.
We have also recommended Landview Surveyors to friends as we've been told from others who have seen the report that it was very detailed.

Transparent deadlines (that are actually adhered to!) with regular communication in the meantime from Karla kept us feeling calm and confident whilst we navigated a property purchase.

Christine's reports (we ended up needing two) were helpful and clear and ended up being invaluable to us as nervous first time buyers. Absolutely recommend!!
