In the process of buying my house, my wife and I interacted with Langford Rae, Chelsfield, who were the property agent, the vendor chose. My experience has been wonderful throughout the process. Barbara arranged viewing and initial interactions, supported by Nikki in Barbara's absence, even covered by Neil when both of them were not available to conclude on decisions. I am not sure of their hierarchy but a wonderful team to deal with. Once the process was set, it was continuous interactions with Jill who was quite thorough in the communication that helped the process progress. Many times she was informative as well as a good guide which I felt, as a potential buyer. Probably she would have followed up with vendor and their solicitor as well to speed up. Further, interacted with Sarah for a potential tenant as we wanted to let out, some suggestions from Sarah also were quite helpful to understand Tenants' expectations.
Overall very pleased and highly recommend Langford Rae, Chelsfield to others in dealing with property buy/sell.

After a couple of valuations from other agents we decided to try Langford Rae and were very satisfied by the experience. There was no nonsense, no crazy high valuation, no trying talk up houses they were selling, no bravado, just an honest appraisal of our home and the market locally.
They came up with a solution for viewing which best suited us and minimised inconvenience and we were pleasantly surprised when we sold and found we had exceeded our asking price.
Had a complicated and protracted move but they were always helping and looking for solutions.
The staff went out of their way to help even coming down with vacuum cleaners and mops to help us clean up and move out on the day when our removals company let us down badly.

Langford were our Vendor’s agent, but I probably had as much to do with them as I did with our agent. They were proactive and helpful all the way through the process, with what was at times a fairly tricky chain. Had it not been managed as carefully as it was, I’m confident it wouldn’t have happened.

What I really appreciated was the candid updates and zero flannel. Every interaction was also friendly and warm, which always helps.

On completion there was a card and a small box of domestic goodies waiting for us. A really lovely touch and rounded off a fantastic experience.

I would thoroughly recommend Langford Rae in Chelsfield. My elderly Mum purchased a property through them. Throughout the whole process, they were there to guide us through, with a caring professional approach. After going through the whole process from start to finish, I now understand how important a good estate agent is. I can honestly say Langford Rae in Chelsfield are by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with.
