This company did a great job on the coins. Delivery was within two weeks, the artwork superb, staff easy to work with and accommodating. I am very pleased and decided to have company patches made through them as well, due to the quality work.

Wow! Another great experience with Lapel Pins Plus. I am amazed at the quick response to inquiries, experienced professional, and stellar products! I have used this firm on numerous occasions in my former military career and now in civilian roles. I give Lapel Pins Plus my highest recommendation!

The lapel pins were easy to order, timely proof sent and pins received before promised. The pins looked great and even better than I was expecting.

I'm the head coach of a team and my team decided that they wanted to have a bakesale and sell other "swag" to raise money for the organization we chose to support. They were slow in getting their choices to me and so I reached out to Lapel Pins Plus and they were able to accommodate us with our rush order and the pins turned out really nicely. It was the right size and looked great so we were very happy to have gotten them in time for our fundraiser.

Our fire department has used Lapel Pins + in the past for challenge coins and this was another great experience. Great artwork and super fast delivery.

We have been ordering pins from Lapel Pins Plus for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The product arrived on time and exactly how we wanted it. Their customer service is top notch. It has been a pleasure!

This company is great! Awesome communication and answered every question I had quickly. Submitted a design and ended up ordering 450 custom challenge coins. Believe lead time was 4-6 weeks and I had them in roughly 2. They are perfect.
Definitely recommend this company and will be doing a second run on this design in a few weeks.

Friendly folks, great prices and great quality!

Exceeded my expectations!! Great service and early delivery.

Very helpful with coming up with the design which I was very happy with. However, when I got the coins, they were even better than I expected. Job well done!

Quick and very helpful getting our new lanyards created and shipped.

If you want to deal with an amazing team you have come to the right place. From start to finish Lapel Pins Plus has been so helpful with the process. I had no idea what I needed to do - I just knew we wanted a challenge coin. They took my idea (cause I can not draw) and created a look we love. They were prompt with their responses and never tired of my questions. We can highly recommend them and are looking forward to many reorders!

Fantastic rendering of the concept we wanted in a coin. Quick approval process and accurate and timely shipping. Reorders were simple and quick. No supply chain problems here!

I worked with Elena to make my first ever challenge coins. In my inexperience, I asked for a very hard sculpt— two figures, with realistic faces done at a small scale. It was very complicated! Yet Elena and her team were incredibly patient and professionally, working with me through Rowland’s of input and revision until we arrived at a design that was just what I wanted. And the coins themselves came out far better than my expectations. Absolutely first class service and attention to detail all the way through. And to cap it off, the coins arrived very Bert quickly— ahead of schedule! I can’t wait to work with this incredible team again!

Excellent response time, excellent courtesy, excellent proofs, reasonable pricing, and given the current state of the supply chain, reasonable amount of time from proof to having the product in-hand! The woven patches we ordered were a huge hit and sparked interest for other patches from across our facility.

I wanted to order custom Challenge Coins for our Veteran staff. The service I received from Elena was stellar. The pdf proof I received allowed me to see what the finished product would look like in 3D and Elena answered all of my questions. The final product blew me away! It looked INCREDIBLE!!! I will definitely be ordering again - hopefully for next year's challenge coin! Thank you so very much - you guys do great work!

The Challenge Coins came out fantastic. I have always had a great experience working with the staff on my projects. The finished products have always looked great! Thank You

I have used Lapel Pins Plus for several years now and always great customer service and excellent final products. They never hesitate to address any questions or concerns I have.
