Very disappointing experience, especially because of the manager’s extremely rude and disrespectful attitude.

My appointment was at 5:50 pm, and I arrived at 5:36 pm, well before my appointment time. I had already booked and prepaid for my treatments, but the manager told me that my payment had not been received.

I politely asked her to give me 2 minutes so I could check the payment. The internet at the clinic was not working properly, so it took me around 5 minutes to verify everything. When I came back and confirmed that the payment had been made, she said, “Yes, your payment is here, but there are other customers waiting now, so we need to do them. You can come back later.”

I was honestly shocked by how rude and disrespectful she was. I had arrived early, had already prepaid, and was there for my scheduled appointment, yet I was spoken to in such an unprofessional manner.

If there was an issue with the payment or timing, it could have been handled politely and professionally. Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude completely ruined my experience.

Customer service and basic respect should be a priority, especially for a paying customer. Very poor experience and definitely not the level of professionalism I expected.

I’ve had my first laser today with Alex. She was great and very helpful.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I have never had any problem with the staff or treatments. However, that was different today. I had an extremely loud and rude lady with blonde hair and spectacles. I came for a laser clinic review appointment and as I was called in she so rudely said to my “WHY ARE YOU HERE YOU KNOW YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE LASER FIRST AND THEN REVIEW AFTER”. To which I replied yes, that’s exactly what I have done, I had my laser appointment 2 weeks ago and now I’m here for a review appointment, as advised by your other staff member, as previously there was some patches of hairs missed. To which she had to go out and check on the system and then realised I was right. She then checked my arms and said “oh this is not missed hair this is just patchy, but I will laser it again” which didn’t make sense to me. If it wasn’t missed then why would you laser it again?
She so aggressively shaved the small patches that were missed that I went home with a small cut in my arm. Her tone was so incredibly loud in the room that I felt like saying I am not hard of hearing.
She then tried to tell me again and again that this is not “missed patches”. She asked me who normally does my laser appointment and without mentioning any names she replies “oh yes it’s because she is pregnant” as though to say that it’s a justifiable excuse to miss patches of hair when having laser hair removal.
Firstly, I did not in any way blame the pregnant member of staff, she is actually extremely lovely and I have never had any issues with her, no one is perfect and the fact that I came for a review should have shown her that I was okay even if she did miss them patches and it can be redone, but the fact that she can slander her own colleagues is disgraceful.
Laser Clinics UK - Manchester, fix yourself up, teach her how to treat people with respect or get rid of this horrible lady!

When I first visited Laser Clinics I was told that I would need 8-10 treatments for hair removal.

9 treatments later, and I have lines of hair on my legs. It looks like they were completely missed during the treatment. My bikini line is very patchy, again with areas that look like they were missed. For my last few sessions, I had a different staff member, and she told me that I was on the wrong setting and she moved me up. So is that why I didn't have great hair loss?

I contacted the Guildford store, and was asked to send pictures. I was then asked to go in store. I have since moved but they wouldn't allow me to go to another store. So I took the over 2 hour return journey, which in all honesty was a complete waste of time. The new manager told me that the staff I saw before weren't experienced enough, and that she was the new manager. She would advise 10-12 sessions and that I should have further treatment's. I was shocked at the customer service and that the only advice she had was to book more sessions as the staff weren't good!! She even admitted that my bikini line wasn't good but offered nothing.
I was also told that they aren't a laser hair removal company, they are a hair reduction company. Really - that's not what the website says!! Overall not a great service received and I wont be recommending them to anyone.

Khrystyna Pobutska was wonderful at taking care of me, she is very skilled and patient with doing the treatment.
This was my favourite appointment. i'm so happy to have met her and im very happy with the service she provided.
The clinic is very clean and is very clam and I did not feel rushed at all.

I have been a customer of Laser Clinics Luton, but the way this matter was handled has completely destroyed my confidence in the clinic.

I was pursued for a disputed £99 balance which the clinic never properly explained or substantiated. What I found particularly unacceptable was receiving a voicemail demanding payment by the following day and stating that, if I did not pay, the matter would be “escalated with the police”, while also reminding me that they had my address on file.

I found this intimidating, threatening and completely disproportionate for a disputed £99 charge. It caused me significant stress and made me feel unnecessarily pressured over money that the clinic ultimately removed from my account anyway.

I do not accept that removing the £99 was a “gesture of goodwill” when the clinic never established that I was liable for it in the first place.

The way I was treated has resulted in Laser Clinics Luton losing me as a customer. I will not be returning to this store.

Been having some sessions at Cardiff. My experience has been great mainly because of the staff member treating me. Ogechi/Oge is simply exceptional at her job. She treats me so well that I leave very satisfied and want to come back for more sessions. She’s knowledgeable & talks me through treatments, explaining things clearly.

As always a very good experience and the staff are excellent they are always kind caring and make the whole experience very good. Thiana has done my treatment in the past and she is very caring and listens to what is needed and is very thorough. Thank you

I had the session with Sara Y. She was so sweet and the session was great. I can say that her knowledge about the therapies is so good. I am happy that I got her as my therapist .I did laser and microneedling. It was all comfortable sessions.

I had a Hydrojelly mask today.
Microdermabrasion + serum + mask + yellow LED.
I bought it in the sale and I love it. It’s been a few hours now and I can see the result of a smooth clear face. I’m not young so even more happy.
My beautician was wonderful and it was a good experience.

If you're a couple of minutes late, they will cancel your appointment and/or charge you. They are also quite rude about it. Why not build space into the timetable to allow for this? Or just let appointments run a bit behind? I'm sure people just won't show up and the system will catch up. People are used to having to wait for appointments - they aren't used to be penalized for being a few minutes late.

I was initially seen by a staff member regarding broken vein treatment, who seemed undertrained and unsure, and who had to go and check things with a senior member. She told me to stop using retinol and book an appointment two weeks on which I duly did. When I arrived today a wholly new matter was raised - no vitamins in oil. Since I take a daily Vit K in olive oil I could not be treated. Two weeks off retinol, and two round trips of over an hour wasted. I'm afraid the swish-looking surroundings are not mirrored by a properly organised and professional attitude to treatment and I will not be returning.
