1 practioner Mozhdeh ruined the promising results that were showing after 1 year. Put zero effort, was very rude and moody attitude, rushed the treatments. Some of the staff are also not capable cos the first lady in December 2024 that also messed up the promising results had no clue what she was doing found it hard to understand where the laser treatment was gonna be done cos she asked me to draw line on face. Thought it was gonna be one off then unfortunately had to be treated by other staff from then onwards like Mozhdeh who put 0.1% effort. Go to other clinics not this one

I just had my Hydrafacial with Precious at Laser Clinics Stratford and it was fantastic. I'm used to this treatment but this was possibly the best one I've had yet. Very thorough and focusing on congested areas exactly like I needed it. She was great. Will be coming back soon!

Sadia is very professional, she always makes sure I am comfortable and is thorough before every treatments making sure I am safe to go ahead and reminds me about aftercare procedures too. I am very happy with her service and I am pleased with the results. I highly recommend having your treatment with Sadia if you do choose to come to this branch.

Laser Clinics Clapham sent me an email saying I had treatments left in my package and that I needed to use them before they expired. I booked the treatments and attended one. When I went to the next appointment they said I had to pay. They said I had no treatments left in the package despite no one telling me that at the previous appointment. I even looked back at the email and it said I had two left. It takes me over an hour each way to get to the clinic. Staff just said that it must have been a website error and made no attempt to make up for the time I had wasted going to and from the clinic for a treatment that LCUK told me I had already paid for. I’m still not convinced I did get all the treatments. I would avoid this clinic based on their misleading use of packages and lack of customer service not making any compensation for their error.

My treatments at Norwich LCUK are great. I always request my treatments with Kasia because she is very client focussed, kind and her attention to detail is fantastic!
