I had a male Brazilian today at Cambridge laser clinic. Amanpreet carried out the treatment and she was very thorough throughout. She was very professional as I appreciate dealing with a man's genitalia can not be easy but she was brilliant. There were areas I wanted extra laser treatment on my groin and she delivered without hesitation. Many thanks Amanpreet great job

Every time I go there I get the best service the staff are very friendly the music is nice. I have my laser hair removal over there and the results are outstanding im smooth like a newborn, I always feel like I’m being taken care of and special special shoutout out to queen Malika she is the best!!!

One of the rudest and most unprofessional experiences I have ever had.

The receptionist I dealt with was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment, which I acknowledge was my mistake, as I was travelling from out of town. However, I was then left waiting for over two hours while the staff checked for cancellations.

During this time, I noticed that several treatment rooms appeared to be empty, while staff members were chatting and laughing. It was extremely frustrating to wait for so long when it seemed that I might have been able to receive my treatment.

What made the experience even worse was the receptionist’s attitude. She repeatedly gave me dirty looks and rolled her eyes while speaking to me. I was also not allowed to discuss my situation with other members of staff. Whenever I tried to approach someone else, I was simply directed back to her. I found this extremely strange and inappropriate, particularly as it happened in front of other customers.

I understand that arriving late can cause inconvenience, and I fully accept responsibility for my lateness. However, this does not justify treating a customer with such disrespect. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected, regardless of the circumstances.

To make matters worse, the receptionist actually told me that I was more than welcome to make a complaint, as the manager would be in from Monday to Friday. I found this response astonishing, especially after I had already waited for over two hours. Rather than handling the situation calmly and professionally, she made an already unpleasant experience even worse.

I had originally planned to recommend this establishment to my friends and speak positively about my experience. However, this incident has completely changed my opinion. I no longer feel comfortable continuing my treatment sessions here.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and am requesting a full refund for my remaining treatment sessions.

Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and professionalism should be a basic standard, not an exception. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

I’ve attended quite a few sessions and I’m loving the results and amazing service. The standard has not slipped since my first visit last year.
I always go with Nicole, she is very professional, helpful and always does a great job!

Staff need more professional and welcoming.

I have been using this lasreclinic uk for a very long time and have always had my treatments at the Richmond Clinic. Unfortunately, the Richmond Clinic has now closed, so I booked my treatment at the Brent Cross Clinic instead.
Unfortunately, my experience at Brent Cross was extremely disappointing. I was given one price when I booked, but when I arrived, I was suddenly told a completely different price. Then, when I was about to have my treatment, I was told that I would be charged a significantly higher amount — completely different from what I had originally been quoted.
I found the whole situation extremely unacceptable and felt that I was being treated very unfairly. The staff were disrespectful, and there was absolutely no helpful customer service or willingness to resolve the issue.
I have been a loyal customer of this clinic for many years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After being treated this way, I will never return to the Brent Cross Clinic, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
It is a real shame that a clinic I have trusted and used for so long has provided such a poor experience.😡😡👎👎👎👎👎

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic for my laser treatment. I would like to commend Fatima for her knowledge and professionalism. She is a credit to the team and helped me purchase a new package.

Staff all very warm, welcoming, professional

I can't rate the Norwich branch any lower but 1 star must suffice. Without any reason/explanation yesterday afternoon I had an email which was charming on the surface stating that today's 3pm appointment as 'CANCELLED' (in red - very childish). IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A REFUND FOR THE £800-plus I paid out? I think not. Fortunately after 2 treatments the effects are extraordinary. I won't require another session until 1 November or possibly December - at a future anagen stage. I should never have gone to that branch. Also I should have paid for each individual session. But then, hell it's only money.......... for some.

Mara was so amazing! I felt so comfortable during my Hollywood session which I was really nervous about. She was so comforting that I didn't even feel embarrassed during the session.

I went to the Silverburn, Glasgow clinic and had Nicole as my practitioner - she was incredibly professional, helpful and put me at ease. The treatment was fast and painless, very considerate to check in with me throughout. Great pre and after care advice and put me at ease right away. Looking forward to my next treatment.

I’ve just had my second full-body laser hair removal session with Lindsey at Laser Clinics UK, Leeds Trinity, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Lindsey is an amazing therapist. She always takes her time and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole session. What I really love, though, is that the appointments feel like so much more than just laser hair removal. We chat away about absolutely everything, and it genuinely feels like catching up with a friend you’ve known forever!

She makes what could easily feel like quite an awkward treatment feel completely relaxed, comfortable and easy.

I highly recommend Laser Clinics UK at Leeds Trinity — and if you get the chance to choose your therapist, definitely choose Lindsey. She’s amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eva took care of me during my appointment and treated me with so much respect.

Really happy with my experience so far. This was my third laser session, and I’m already seeing a noticeable improvement. Today’s treatment was more thorough and relaxed, and J was lovely — calm, professional and very careful throughout.

I also really appreciate how understanding and flexible the clinic is if you ever need to reschedule due to feeling unwell or unexpected childcare commitments. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and the service. Looking forward to my next visit!
