I always go to them; they are careful.

I have been a customer for 3 years now with the Camden Branch. Nowadays I just do 1 or 2 sessions per year for maintenance and always feel very welcome.

Today I was particularly late for my session due to my tube station been closed and the team was very accomodating.

The lady was really lovely , talkive throught the procedure and explained everything.

I’ve been attending this laser clinic every month, and I’m really happy with the service and results so far. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and professional, and the staff are always friendly, polite, and supportive.

I especially appreciate their lovely attitude and the way they make me feel comfortable during every visit. They take the time to explain everything clearly and always treat me with care and respect.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional laser treatments and excellent customer service.

I’ve been having laser treatment at the Camden branch since May 2025, and I’m really pleased with the results so far. I’ve noticed that my hair has become significantly thinner, with around a 70–80% reduction in hair growth.

All of the staff have been lovely, friendly, and professional throughout my treatments. I’ve mainly had my sessions with Edyta and Dawn, and they have both been incredibly supportive, cooperative, and attentive. They always made me feel comfortable and were happy to answer any questions I had.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend the Camden branch. ✨

Hi , just want to share my experience, my Mrs full time mother and I always do baby sit if she have any appointments. Today I do the same thing and Mrs is went laser clinic grand central traffics was so busy and she late only 5 min . And she is been refused to treat her my wife not really good on English she just quiet lips came back . I rang her she told me when ever she go there on appointment booked one they always make her wait 15 min so what’s wrong if today they wait 5 min . We both upset decided to call clinic . When I make a call some one attend it with hello my side came out good afternoon kindly I’m gonna ask u why she is been refused only late 5 min I havnt finsh yet and they lady keep talking me over with very aggressively she said we been booked and weekend very busy don’t want to other customers wait . I said to her yes understand but why she always waiting there 15 min on her appointment? Then the lady put the fone down saying u shouting on me 😂 , that’s was her excuse and I keep calling there to talk with someone responsible person but she keep
Cutting me off . So once she pick up fone after 9 calls I ask her who I’m I speaking to can I speak with manger and then she says u talking with the same person and I gave u my name . I said can u say again and she says I’m the owner of clinic and u don’t listen to me that’s why , I reply I’m a customer u supposed to listen my problem she keep saying im the owner and I do apologise if u wife upset . I’m asking all of the reviewers tell me the right thing maybe im wrong , what kind of respect they giving to their customers and what kind of treatment first been refused and putting fone down and not answering call 9 time and then u do apologise in the end saying u wife upset . Its not about upsetting its about that u guys dont waste other ppl time forget money . This owner is really today gave me shock with her behaviour. They always make her wait more then 20min and toady they just looking an excuse and asking that if u want to do then we will charge u separate even i already pay at once fully amount . These ppl

I purchased a package with this clinic, and while I had a few great individual sessions with helpful therapists and good consultations, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

The appointments felt extremely fast-paced and rushed, which unfortunately led to inconsistent results with several missed patches. When I reached the end of my package, I raised these issues with the team and was offered a review appointment, with the impression a complimentary session could be negotiated due to my situation I had been left with.

Sadly, the review only made matters worse. After waiting a considerable time past my appointment, the staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and almost seemed confused with what the appointment was concerning.

Despite clearly explaining my concerns - specifically how having multiple different therapists in a rushed environment impacted the precision of my treatment and left me feeling uncomfortable - I was met with a total lack of support.

I was told she would need to speak with her manager, but when I asked if anything could actually be done to rectify the situation, her direct response was, “No not really”.. following I probably just need to purchase a few more appointments…

It was a complete waste of time and a very disappointing way to treat a paying client. I won't be using this clinic again.

The last visit to the clinic was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable.
I booked for platinum hydra facial treatment, my appointment was at 3 the technician called me at 3:5 then she needed time to prepare the machine and at the middle of the session she asked me for a minutes to get a liquid for the machine. At the end I finished at 3:50 .
The treatment was basic and didn’t deserve the amount of money. I used to do this treatment every year in your clinic but this time was not good enough to encourage me to do it again. I already have bought 2 sessions of the treatment and I am not sure i will do it again till someone from the staff message me and explain what happened

Therapist Mara was great! She was very thorough, didnt leave a single area out. Lovely to talk to, made me feel very comfortable.

I’m extremely disappointed with how my situation has been handled.

I attended Laser Clinics on 1st September 2026 for an appointment, when I arrived the lady at the desk told me my package had expired on 24th July 2026 but I had one treatment remaining. I asked her if she could extend that package she said she was unable to and to return to the store once her manager comes in later on in the afternoon. I then returned to speak with the manager, Egle who very dismissively said there is a policy which states packages can only be extended before they expire. I did not realise extending the treatment could only happen before the expiry date, so I appreciate that I am technically outside the timeframe. What I find difficult to accept is that the response has simply been that nothing can be done because the system no longer allows it.

I have already paid for this treatment, so it feels incredibly unfair for my remaining session to effectively disappear simply because the package has passed its expiry date. I’m not asking for the policy to be ignored, but I do believe there should be some discretion or goodwill where a customer has paid for treatments and is asking for a reasonable solution.

A computer system should not be the reason a customer loses something they have already paid for. Surely there should be a way for the clinic to review the circumstances and reinstate the remaining session, even if this requires a manager’s approval or is handled manually.

I have otherwise had a good experience with the clinic, which is why I’m particularly disappointed that there seems to be no willingness to find a solution. Customer service should be about more than simply saying “the system won’t allow it”.

I hope the clinic reconsiders this and finds a fair resolution.

I had an appointment at Stratford last week and honestly it was a waste of my time and money. The customer service was not good. There were three people at the front. One person received me and took my details, then another person got involved and started questioning me like an interview because my appointment was at 3 and I arrived at 3:20. I understand the appointment time, and I even said if there is no space, I will go back, that’s fine. But they didn’t even give me a chance to explain why I was late.

Then another lady took me for the treatment and didn’t leave the room, and I felt uncomfortable with the way she was speaking to me and asking me to apologise. When I was already talking to one person at reception, I don’t think another person needed to get involved like that.

Also, the laser treatment didn’t work this time at all. My treatment in March worked well, but this time I saw no results. When I tried to explain my concern, I felt like they were not listening. I later called to ask for a review appointment, but my call was cut off.

I regret switched to Laser Clinics UK. I hope this feedback reaches the management because this was a very bad experience. I would like to speak to management if necessary and explain the incident I would have gone back home rather than get treated like that.

I was given a gift voucher for the Nottingham Victoria center clinic.
I booked online for neck package but because it was a gift voucher had to go to the clinic for the credit to be added. When ther confirmed with 2 technician that half face package would cover the are I wanted, was a bit more money but I was happy to pay, lady at the reception didnt know how to add the voucher, took about 1h. I explained to her that I had booked online for neck but wanted the half face for her to make sure that was booked, she said it was and didnt ask me for more money, I saw on the window the price for armpit laser and confirmed with the technician as I was interested to do ot aswell. She was dismissive, said that was not a promotional price and I could book whenever, I was already upset with the time being there just to add a gift voucher and her attitude that I decided not to insist to book it.
I left the clinic and send an email clarifying if the booking was done correctly and changed from neck to half face as I didnt want to loose the 50% promotion that was active at that time. I was told to reset my password on the acc and the booking with the voucher would show up wich to my surprise had the neck pack only. I send a new email to which Im told the technician would acess and update my package.
1st app is the same technician that did my booking she was rude, said she got my emails and she is the one who says where I can and cant have the laser.. she then marked my face and did some of my upper lip and my chin/neck and took pic and said pack was sorted.
2nd app different technician I had to explain the whole neck only and half face issue, she went to co firm with the other one it seems shes the staff manager or something. Came back, cleaned my face and asked if my lip colour was tatoo to wich I said it is and I already had it on my 1st app, she left me again and went to speek with the older lady to wich she came to the room looked at my face and decided they where not touching anything else apart from my neck and didnt explain anything to me.
Todays was my 3rd app with a diferent tech, she did just my neck, I asked to see pic from my 1st app and is clearly marking half my face, I explained everything to her and she once again was going to speak with the older lady as she would call me to explain why only my neck is being done. This is very bad customer service, this lady is confrontational, I get anxiety when speaking to her, I wanted my upper lip done and my neck and im being refused because I dont have hair on upper lip same tickness as a men beard like my chin hair and have normal upper lip hair. Very unhappy, get anxiety everytime I go there, dont want to talk or been serviced by that lady wich seems to be the boss and have £200 gift voucher stuck there...

My amazing Therapist Iqrah at Leeds, delivered yet another excellent session and has really helped me in my laser journey. Very caring, professional and extremely attentive. Would highly recommend.

Felt like they were in a rush. Abrupt on arrival, didn't really look up from the screen. No cover when doing laser in intimate area. Very fast and harsh treatment! A smile is free.

I’m extremely disappointed with my HydraFacial experience here. The treatment was not done properly and, honestly, it felt incomplete. The therapist did not cover my entire face properly, and at several points I wasn’t even sure whether the HydraFacial was actually being performed on all areas of my face.
Considering the price I paid, I expected a proper and thorough treatment. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received the service I paid for, and I was very unhappy with the overall experience.
I would not recommend this place for a HydraFacial based on my experience. The treatment lacked attention to detail and did not meet the standard I expected.
