PURE SCAM. After seeing ads from them for a month on Instagram . I paid $9.95 for 30 day trial. Of course life happens I used it on two separate occasions. I decided to cancel well before the trial ended. I was still charged an additional $60.95. I emailed customer service to dispute and request a refund. I was denied. Instead they tried scamming me into a two month "FREE" extension plus access to two digital wellness plans as a "thank you". These workout plans and or meal plans can be found for free on YT. Will not recommend to anyone only WARN others to avoid losing hard earned money.

First of all it is false advertising and what they offer has nothing to do with traditional Chinese medicine or Tai Chi practice. It's a fancy lure to get people to lose weight and it's bogus It's just a combination of exercises they've pulled from left right and center and their app is crap They should be closed down

I’m not keen on this app. The videos are poorly generated ai but are still charging a lot of money. I cancelled my subscription but the still took my money. When queried the said I must have thought I had even though I have email confirmation. Then offered me 70% refund only. Be aware. I would not use this app.

I was waiting for the guide after purchasing it for 13 cad $ but then they send me to another page where they keep selling and I didn't get anything g else. They charged my card, didn't give me my guide and kept selling me stuff. Horrible.

PURE SCAM. After seeing ads from them for a month I decided to print out what was supposed to be a “free” Tai Chi exercise routine. Instead I had to pay $9+ and to make matters worse I couldn’t complete the transaction because I refused to sign up for “add-ons”. Avoided them like the plague

They are a scam! It said get your tai chi workout printed for free. It was not free. They charged me $9.49 for the printout on June 8t. Which I never got. Then it asked if you wanted a coach. I marked the box no. However they signed up for coaching services at $55.82 a month. On July 1st not even 30 days later! I canceled the membership and they said it was good until July 30th. When I tried to retrieve my printout they said I was cancelled so I did not have access to it any more. Then why tell me my subscription was good till the 30th!!!!

I keep seeing there ads on game apps but realistically speaking, how can someone go from being overweight to an average size in 28 days? I seriously doubt it?!
