My Experience
Unfortunately,my Experience with this company was extremely disappointing.The garden project took 7 months to complete and was ultimately left unfinished.i paid approximately one quarter of the agreed amount,but despite this,the work carried out was not completed to the standard i expected.There were also problems with the slabs,which had to be redone because the original work did not meet the required building regulations as i understand it.When i raised concerns about the quality of work ,i was made to feel that i was "fussy"when in reality i was just simply asking for the work to be carried out correctly and to the agreed standard.lwas eventually told that they would not be coming back leaving me with an unfinished garden and the difficult task of trying to find another contractor willing to finish and rectify the work.I have photographs showing the situation and would be willing to share so that people can see the situation for themselves
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company make sure they have a very clear written contract and carefully check the standard of the work as it progresses.

I’d urge anyone to avoid this company. I have never dealt with a business that is so unprofessional. The boss of this company quoted me for a job after seeing my garden. They finally showed up to do the job after changing the date to start three times and his worker told me that the job wouldn’t work in my garden. I was then left with a half built structure with electrical wiring exposed in my garden that was usafe. I tried to resolve the issue and asked them to remove due to children using my back garden. They never got back to me. Basically took the money for our outdoor pagoda which we paid upfront and never got back to us. Please save your money and time and go with someone else.
