I will never ever use this company again. My partner and I are stuck in Dubai. Our hotel is now almost empty as everyone has managed to get a flight out of here. I have contacted last minute 4 times and everytime they say they have escalated it. There have been flights to London for days that we could’ve got on. Day by day they sell out and they’ve just left us. We’ve spent over £2k on a hotel for an extra 11 days. Everyday I have contacted them but they clearly couldn’t care less. We still have no confirmed flight. There are flights to our destination with seats but they still haven’t sorted it. Asked for a phone call no one ever calls. Frightened and no more money to buy a flight. Just shocking

I booked my tickets through this site and never received them. When I contacted the agent, they asked for more details, which I promptly provided. Still, nothing was resolved.

I then called the airline directly — only to find out that the ticket had been cancelled by the agent. They took my money but never confirmed the booking.

This is outright fraud. Do not trust this company.

This website is the biggest scammer, stay away and never book anything with them, no matter what price you get. Listen to this, they want to charge almost $ 1,809 to change four tickets with Emirates Airlines, the breakdown of their fees was:
(1) Airline Penalty Fee: 1000 AED: 4 tickets
(2) Airline Fare Difference: 5200 AED
(3) Airline Tax Difference:
(4) Lastminute Admin Fee: 440 AED for 4 tickets
Total: 6640 AED for all passengers
I called Emirates to investigate this, and I was informed that the only fee they would charge as the airline for my ticket was AED 150 ($40) per ticket, which means $160. They also clearly advised that there are no charges for any fare difference, as the time and date I chose are the same. However, I asked the airline to change my ticket, and they said that they could not because it was booked via this travel agency.
So imagine, lastminute wants to profit an additional $ 1,649. I asked for their office location, but they would not provide it. I asked for a three-way conference call with the airline, and they rejected. I am going to complain to IATA, consumer protection, and more.

Against all the odds, and all the negative comments, i had quite a good service. Aside from the 96 hours response window, they actually did well!

Very bad company took money and book wrong ticket

I found Lastminute.ae through Skyscanner, as it was showing lower ticket prices compared to other flight booking websites. I went ahead and booked my ticket and paid online. Soon after, I received an email saying the booking was unsuccessful and I needed to pay extra money, or the ticket would be cancelled. I had no choice but to pay the extra amount immediately, otherwise they would deduct heavy cancellation charges for a refund.

In the end, the ticket turned out to be more expensive than what other websites were offering in the first place.

Another concern is that there is no office address, no customer care phone number, and no direct email ID available on their website. You can only leave a message and wait for a reply. This is very stressful, especially when your travel plans are at risk.

I sincerely request others to verify everything carefully before making any payment on this website. In my experience, other well-known websites are much more trustworthy and transparent.

I really hope my current booking is genuine. But based on this experience, I will never trust or use this website again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID lastminute.ae is totally a SCAM. I booked and paid with them a couple of months ago so talking from experience. They wont send you the confirmation immediately. Instead they will contact you saying you need to pay more, if you refuse then you coincidently need to pay the exact same amount to cancel - literally a scam. They are NOT lastminute.com so if you contact lastminute.com they won't help, lastminute.ae is just using the branding of lastminute.com.

Another worrying thing is that it says on their website 'We do our best to maintain confidentiality when completing online or mobile payments'. They do their best?! So there is a chance your information or card details could be stolen.

Please AVOID this company, it doesn't matter how cheap they advertise, don't use them it's just a scam.
