I am pleased to provide feedback on Latitude's services for our Solana testnet validator. Latitude has been an exceptional partner, delivering reliable server infrastructure and data center stability. Their support has been proactive and effective, ensuring zero skips or missed votes. Additionally, their provision of a trial period demonstrated confidence in their service quality and flexibility in meeting our needs. We highly recommend Latitude for their professionalism and outstanding performance.

The servers in the Buenos Aires location are horrible, the network there is poor and unstable, I do not recommend it.

i like bare metals.

1. they do close tickets which are not resolved single single sidedly and without actually checking how their product dashboard works, and without waiting even 24 hours, and without opening new ticket to track.
2. regarding above ticket, they confirmed issue. as of now one cannot get RAID enabled custom image machine.
3. ssh is very sloppy and slow and timeouts fast. better use something like mosh.
4. terraform provider not enterprise ready
5. no nix support
6. no ecc
7. no custom ipxe boot for raids
