Scammy auto renewal subscription practises. I got hit with an $80 charge to my card for “vip services” which I didn’t even know I subscribed to, I then reached out to launch ads within minutes of my subscription renewing, and was hit with a very unprofessional response,
“Hey there? We can't refund you as we offered you VIP services. There's no concern either you take benefit of it or not.”
Their ads were terrible, low quality slop and got my TikTok ads manager account permanently banned. Make your own ads on capcut, do NOT use their services.

Scammy auto-renewal trap – avoid at all costs!

This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a digital tool. Launch Ads sneakily activates an auto-renewal without proper notice, and then refuses to issue a refund, even if you contact them on the same day the charge goes through.

Let me be clear:

There was no clear warning about the subscription renewing

There’s no grace period – they grab your money instantly and lock it in

I reached out immediately after the renewal and got a cold, generic “no refunds” reply

I didn’t even use the service during the new billing cycle

It’s an obvious cash grab, and they’re hoping users won’t notice or won’t bother disputing the charge. This kind of predatory billing practice is disgusting and should be illegal.

Their support team is robotic, dismissive, and clearly trained to delay and deny. It’s not a real company – it’s a trap.

Avoid Launch Ads like the plague. Total scam.

I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and reported them for unauthorized charges. Don’t fall for the same trick.

I signed up for the VIP membership without hesitation, having heard that LaunchAds never disappoints and consistently produces successful ads. My main concern, however, was delivery time, as they claim VIP members receive their ads within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that promise has not been met.

The first ad I ordered took almost two days to be delivered. I initially thought that might be my fault, since I hadn’t provided much footage to work with. But when the same delay happened the second time — now exceeding 2 days — it became clear that this is a recurring issue. As a result, my work has been delayed, and I’ve wasted hours just waiting and checking for updates.

Regarding quality, I’d say it’s decent, but you may not get footage of the exact product you’re selling. For example, the first time I requested they edit one of my product images and make videos out of it if no footage existed. Instead, they included clips of entirely different products.

I made sure not to submit requests on weekends and provided all the necessary information, so I’m not sure why these delays keep happening.

I understand that meeting deadlines can be challenging, but if VIP delivery times are essentially the same as standard services, this should be made clear on your homepage. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for premium and pay everytime they order ads on top of that for a service that doesn’t meet its advertised standards.

Creative, professional, high-quality videos with great storytelling and fast delivery

They misleading the costumers by offering $1 for a month service and counting on them to forget about it. After that the service cost $57 and you pay even if you don't use it. It feels like they try to scam you and counting on you to not pay attention for the payments. They refuse to refund even though they see that they services hasn't been used. Stay away from them and pay close attention for whatever action you do! Don't give them your credit card details!

Bad quality videos (AGAIN) . Although it seemed that the company did a good job through their sponsors. I have tried them twice delivering inadequate results.(Bad resolution videos, Selecting videos that are unable to properly promote the product)

They are just a service to Dropship ads from fiverr. I had joined the drop vault and thought I would get my videos in 24 hours but ended up taking 2 days instead which is the standard delivery time

Update: The team has reached out to me and agreed to refund the subscription costs so no harm was done in the long run
