Excellent efficient service. The live shows are always fun and informative giving valuable honest information about fit and size. I recently ordered a Santos cap sleeve dress which is so comfortable and cool to wear I quickly ordered another one. I have several outfits from them and I am never disappointed in fit and quality. Just had my second order from Laundryb, and wow, saw it on the tiktok live and ordered most of it when it was released. Im a size 24 which is top end in sizing for this brand and oh wow everything fits beautifully and im keeping the lot! Even one recommended upto a size 22 fitted with ease. So so happy, love love love laundryb x

OMG - I just love this business. Every aspect of how they work is exceptional. The team/ website/customer service/value for money are all of note. Now we come to the clothes - not sure how they managed to get inside my head to discover my style of clothing, but they certainly did. Fabulous fabrics and styles. Delighted first time customer - I'll be back!
I tried Laundry B for the first time. I absolutely love the Bodhi pleat trousers which I bought in two colours. They are the softest, comfiest summer trousers ever and look great alone or under a dress. I'd just come out of hospital after abdominal surgery and they were so perfectly comfortable. I also love the two Marina stripe dresses and have worn and washed them already. The Benji linen top is lovely too.
I ordered two of the beautiful scarves. The colours weren't quite right for me (a winter) but my (summer) friend had them instead.
I'm sending back several items that were too big, too long or just not right for me and, when I receive a refund. I'll be back for more.

I have purchased many items from Laundry B and the quality of each item is lovely , especially the Benji range. All clothing have washed well , they fit great. I was kept up to date with delivery dates and when they arrived they were packaged neatly . Will definitely continue to purchase from this company .

My wife had an email requesting to leave a review for an order - problem here is the item was not in stock an they cancelled it! Sadly they seem oblivious to what is going on. Returned an item on 27 June and still no reply to email chasing it. Sent an item out with a hole in it...quality not what is was - hope things improve

I ordered 2 items to be delivered to…
I ordered 2 items to be delivered to Spain. The postage was £19. A little excessive I thought but they arrived promptly. I am quite pleased with my purchase. To be fair to Laundry B they do advise that local taxes may apply. I thought perhaps €10 or so. I was shocked at being asked to pay €31.93 cents by customs. Having bought the items I paid the tax but clearly with the hefty postage plus exorbitant tax regretfully I will be buying nothing further from this company. The clothes are nice but not that nice.

As you noted, we do our best to clearly state at checkout and on our shipping policy page that international orders may be subject to local import taxes or duties, which are set and collected by the country's customs authority — not by us.
Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control, and they can vary significantly from one country to another.

Just love Laundryb - I would say 95% of my wardrobe is made up of their clothes. Great website with new stock most days (yes days not seasons) and the customer service is amazing - not everything I buy suits me (sometimes get a bit carried away thinking I can pull that off like the models do to then find by my own mirror I can’t) this means the ability to return stuff easily is important - here it’s really simple and easy to manage. Big thanks to all the LB Team for keeping me youthful and stylish :)

Everything about this company is exceptional, clothes are unique and would suit most adult age groups. I am 80 and just love the range, especially tops!! They make a plain pair of trousers look fab. Customer service, I give them 100% I wish more companies could be like this.

I’m so glad to have found LaundryB (bank balance not so much as there’s always something gorgeous available).
I cannot fault the customer service - swift, quick to respond to questions and transparent. The lives are brilliant to see what you’re getting - as close as you can get when buying virtually.
The clothes are amazing for the price point and I always get compliments, because they are full of little details or are just different. The designs are easy to wear and work well whether you’re at work, going out, or for every day.
I feel comfortable and confident in the clothes (despite my own hang ups) and isn’t that what we all want?

Lovely flattering clothes
I've been buying most of my clothes from laundry b for several years now. I'm in my 60s and overweight and don't want to dress like an old lady! Laundry b clothes are fun, comfortable and flattering and customer service is excellent. I'm looking forward to putting in my next order.
