Complete Chinese scam company. Horrible products and they scam you into a monthly membership. The banks and PayPal will not help once you buy. Their phone number are disconnected and Facebook still allows their ads knowing they are a sham organization..

This company has No Business providing monthly options. They, in emails, think they can slip-in monthly agreements and then after it’s Too Late, they say it’s after the time you can cancel. They try to tell you they touched base in advance of the monthly charge in an email and tell you their policy is to follow their agreement, that you are not aware of!
Bad Business!!!

Refusal to Respond to repeated requests to exchange an item that per their own policy qualifies for an exchange. I would not purchase from this company.

They Will not react to complaints regarding delivery.

I used them for a few years; initially it was a great deal and then prices skyrocketed with quality you can get multiple other places at a fraction of the price. I was looking for one specific item and ordered it; realized my account was shipping to and old address so I emailed them not even 60 seconds later. I was informed they are unable to change anything since I already ordered so my awareness campaign begins - spend your money are better places.

This company is sketchy!!! When you purchase, they sign you up for a subculture. I never even got th3 first order. Dont ever sign up or buy anything from this company. I will not ever give up on exposing this company.

THIS SITE IS VERY DECEPTIVE!

When you think you are purchasing they set you up for a subscription. When you attempt to manage that subscription the site gets really slow and frustrating.
Be very careful !

Don't buy from this store. Super high prices for trashy itens made in china. They sent me a defective/damaged bra which costs 70 euros; they don't not answer to emails, nor have they issued a refund. Avoid this store

SCAM!!! Stole my money and will not respond to me via email or their website. Address they use in Miami FL is a FAKE address for the Grayson Hotel. I can’t find a real phone number. Scam company!!!!!

Pair fell apart during first time use IN MIDDLE OF JOB INTERVIEW. Customer service told us it was our problem. Way too many other options out there to give your money to. Particularly ones with customer service that reflects/stands by their products.

This company should be banned from selling things.

Horrible customer service! Do not order from them. I have been waiting for a month and my item was never shipped. It was back ordered and out of stock but I was never informed. They are refusing to issue me a refund and their customer service is basically nonexistent. They promised to send me something else instead of a refund which is wrong and then never sent the other promised replacement. I’m owed $61 and I paid 11.99$ shipping on a tiny piece of lingerie that never was sent on top of not receiving my item!

Ordered lingerie and got a toy robotic arm, have reached out the company via email and social media with zero success. No response no acknowledgment no resolution

Good luck trying to resolve any issues with this company. 10 weeks and they still haven't completed the order I placed back in January. Customer service is virtually non-existent. Initially, they claim (be patient) the order hasn't arrived yet, then they claim all items have been delivered, when in fact they have not. A PayPal dispute was filed....and here's the resolution. Now they want ME to pay for return shipping for an item that was sent in the incorrect size. As to the missing item that I paid for and never received, who know where that is.... Stay away from this company at ALL costs! They're simply not worth the aggravation.

I placed an order months ago. Never received it. Was told a few weeks later there was a problem with the nailing label. Told them to cancel. They demanded they reship as it's the company policy to make customers happy. I told them if you want to make me happy....cancel it. They demanded in shipping. I still have not received a box from them, and I have not received a credit.The order was placed 2.15.24
There is no phone number to call and I have sent a ridiculous amount of emails, and not a single response,
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This company is crap. They send you cheaply made products at exorbitant prices, then refuse to refund or exchange stating they are all intimate products and for hygiene reasons they can't take items back. I bought a tank top, and that is the reason they are using for not accepting the item back. They are a scam.

Don't order from them...I used their sizing chart to order. The items were so small that I could not get them past my knees. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact them other than by email which they do not respond to.

I only received 2 of the 3 items that were ordered. I did receive a third pkg that contained 2 blue rubber bands. I sent multiple emails and pictures of the package and the rubber bands. No response from the company except that my pkg was delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Customer service nightmare.

By far the worst product I've ever received. It took forever to arrive. When it did arrive the quality was poor. One item didn't look anything like the image displayed. There was no way the product could fit anyone of any size.
