There was a problem with the shoes that were delivered. They were not even close to a men’s US 9.5 size which is what I ordered. They are much much smaller.

I sent an email to info @ lavida with a photo showing the delivered shoes against my other shoes that are also a US 9.5, showing how much smaller there delivered shoes were.

I did not get any response from Lavida Boutique - just silence so won't be shopping with Lavida ever again and would not recommend this online shop to anyone.

All the stuff came wasnt close to what they portrayed in the picture

The track pants that I received bore little resemblance to the ones I ordered for example elasticised waist and cuffs. After providing photographic evidence as requested I was offered the option of keeping the unwanted garment with a 10% refund. Alternatively I could return for exchange at my own expense which I was warned may include customs and excise duty (and no guarantee the correct item would be dispatched in any case). After several email exchanges I settled for a 40% refund and have retained the pants.
I would not use Lavida Boutique again and wish I had read some of the reviews on Trust Pilot prior to ordering.

FALSE ADVERTISING and CANNOT GET A FULL REFUND. Bought what was supposed to be a "merino wool jumper" but turned out to be 100% polyester. Sizing was too small too. They said keep it and we'll give you 10% refund. I can't wear it so I didn't want to keep it. They then offered 20% refund for me to keep it and go away. I declined. They then offered 40% or I could pay the cost of returning the item to China (didn't know I was ordering from there) and ALSO pay any customs or other charges (unknown). I think the latter was said to try to get me to accept the 40% and keep the jumper. I kept asking if a replacement would be in merino wool but they would NOT answer that question. Obviously, they catch people out and then keep some of their money. That's their business model. So, I've received less than half of my money back and have a jumper which is useless. I wouldn't give any stars if that was an option.

Good product, as,advertised. Only problem was sizing ,very small . Add 2x sizes ,I purchased boots in size 10 UK and they were size 8 to 9 if that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Ordered my daughter a dress for her school formal, took 2 months to arrive, with multiple email excuses, then it finally arrived and it wasnt even the dress we ordered. Now they will only give either a 10% refund, or i have to ship the dress back to Asia warehouse at my expense if I want it exchanged for what I actually ordered. Absolute joke.

To alll these negative reviewers...I had the same experience. They send rubbish.
Record their deception like I did and make a complaint through the department of fair trading. I got a 100% refund and didn't have to send anything back as they would legally wear the cost of that. Items thrown in the bin unfortunately, they were that bad.

I was very disappointed with my purchase.
The products appear to be the same or very similar to items available on Temu, yet they are being sold at significantly inflated prices.
Unfortunately, the quality was also poor, and the sizing left a lot to be desired. The items did not live up to the prices being charged. I would strongly recommend comparing prices, checking sizing carefully and looking at reviews before purchasing.

They also offered a 10% refund, then with negotiation a 40% refund or for me to send the product back at my own expense, after which they would decide whether a refund would be granted.

The jumper in question is not labeled, sizing “M” on a tiny tag at the bottom inside of jumper on seam and I’m a size 10 and sleeve length is too short, body very small, I cannot wear it.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner. Bought 2 dresses and what arrives was nothing short of disgusting quality and nothing like the photos online. They want me to pay to return or keep the items and they’ll give me 10% back. DO NOT BUY FROM LAVIDA BOUTIQUE!!!

Beware SCAM!

I ordered a white merino wool jumper and received a beige polyester jumper instead.
Lavida refused a refund and would not take responsibility for any deception.
Do not order from them!

Item was not as described. It was defective and unusable. I was promised a bag to return the outfit, but I haven't heard back in over a week. Scammers! Still waiting on my refund!

My teenage daughter ordered this and it is a scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. The item they sent was not the item in the photo on the website. It was a cheaply made Chinese knock off with letters stuck on it and no tag to even know if it is new. When I asked them for a refund due to false advertising they said I could post it back to Asia at my own cost of approximately $30 or they could refund 10% of the cost! When I argued they offered 20%. SCAM!!

Scam alert! This is a shocking scam. Do not purchase anything from them. I bought two woollen jumpers and the sent me two nylon printed tops with a very bad photo of a knitted jumper. It is a joke. They are now trying to get me to send more money to them to return the crap. I’m pretty furious!

Delivery was super slow. Ordered 8 July and received on 25 July. When I finally received my tracksuits, they were not the quality I was expecting. One of the tracksuits is not even warm it is so thin. The colours are nice and the sizing is good.

I purchased a Polo knit shirt which took 3 weeks to arrive. It was a totally different garment. I contacted them & they offered a 10% refund and to send it back at my own cost to an international address which would have been more than what I initially paid for the shirt. I still didn’t take their unsatisfactory offer, they came back with 20%, then 40% but still it was totally their mistake. I shouldn’t have been out of pocket. Not fair trade - shocking customer service. I have learnt my lesson! I have blocked them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! This is a scam. They sent the incorrect item (which took 3 weeks to arrive) I ordered a linen pant and top set, they sent me a polyester dress. They will not provide a full refund, they tried to offer me a 10% refund and told me to gift the dress to someone else. When I insisted on a full refund they said they reviewed my purchase with their warehouse and have determined that the dress they shipped is what I received (but still not hat i ordered!) so no further action will be taken. The dress has no tags or label on the plastic bag it arrived in. No one answers the phone when you call either. Absolute scam!

Buyers beware! I purchased what appeared to be a very stylish grey knitted tracksuit on sale for $90. What I received was a cheap, white, tacky, see-through polyester rip off I would be embarrassed to wear. Found out the company is not Australian and is actually operating out of China. Returning the item was at my expense to China. They have offered me a 20% discount. Do not buy from this company!!

They are a SCAM!!! DO NOT buy anything from here. I purchased a Knitted Sweater and what I received was a Plastic trash! I wanted a full refund, they say either send back to china with shipping + customs cost nearly 80 Australian Dollars or a 10% refund. Such a joke! Even if the shipping is free I won't send it. I thought they were based in Australia, they have a Belgium address and an Australian phone number which no one responds! I don't think they exist. It must be a website full of fake photos! Lavida Boutique they are a scam!!!
