Kyle did a great job
Kyle did a great job, the yard looked wonderful, but your communications system could use an upgrade. I got half a dozen messages from Lawnstarter saying I had a new message from Kyle, but when I clicked on it, it was always his first original message. I replied, but when I checked the conversation, my replies were not there. He had also sent a message saying he would be late and giving the time he would come, but I didn't get the message from your company until after I got on my computer that evening, after the fact. The messages never showed up on my phone. So my husband had to go down there (it is one of our rental properties; we don't live there). When I called Lawnstarter about it, the lady said it was some type of computer glitch going on at the office. Hopefully it is only a temporary computer problem on your part
