We booked over a week in advance and provided our destination...which is an hour and a half from the SLC airport. Upon arrival our driver pulled up and said “yeah I’m
not going to Logan tonight, no way.” When I was in complete shock, as we are in a city that we have never been to, and because it was 9pm and therefore hard to arrange another ride, he just shrugged his shoulders and told us “I don’t know what to tell ya”. I complained to the company and told them he was completely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, they said “sorry we sent the wrong guy”, and sent someone else. This driver got us to the destination, but couldn’t seem to understand us when we were asking to be dropped off at the front door of our hotel instead of the middle of a parking lot. We are so glad this experience is over and will never use this service again.

Made a mistake in booking tried to fix it immediately by calling the number which says that you cant call their phone number and give you a number to text. All communications are done through text. I ended up being charged more to fix my destination error. Was then directed to a different website to make a purchase for "$20 tip" before my changes could be made. Then come time for pick up scheduled at 2pm no ride shows up. So I text the number back at 2:15 asking where my ride is. I get a "Please hold while we get car info". Now we are more than 30 minutes late before I get the ride info saying he is 12 minutes out. Then he gets lost making it yet another 15 minutes on top.
Driver was friendly but had no sense of urgency even though we left almost an hour late. And then we had to stop to fill a low tire. We went to THREE different gas stations to look for free air. Meanwhile once again I am already late to catch a flight. And on top of all that its really just an Uber driver that is dispatched for you through a third party. So just save yourself the run around and book an uber yourself. Save time, money and get better communication. I would not recommend this ride company

Very professional, arrived 30 min early to pick up my 17 year old son, who had to travel back to the airport alone. I was quite worried about this, but the driver got him to the airport safely and in plenty of time. My son said he was very friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again when traveling to/from Austin!

Don't care for the way it is set up for your pickup took over 40 mins to get on touch with someone. And driver never got out of car and greeted us just lifted trunk for us to put our luggage in.

This was along time ago. But I never forget this company. The driver pick us up from Ocola 77 th Ave. The best transportation service in along time. They rock. Very professional. Can’t believe how reasonable they are. I will be hitting them up again in the near future.

I didn't know they were associated with Uber and Lyft. Don't tend to use. The drivers GPS took him to my neighbor across the street address. And I had to walk over to him for him to turn around because I had luggage so he didn't figure person outside middle of the night has luggage. He seems very nice however he didn't offer to lift my luggage into his trunk and when I entered his vehicle I smelled smoke. I have a respiratory problem so the slight smell of smoke causes me to have breathing problems so I did not speak the whole car ride. I am grateful to be able to get a ride last minute. So he was ok.
