Waited almost 2 hours at San Diego airport after I texted them and got a old beat up lyft car to pick me up. Ridiculous, the worst service in the world! I would’ve save time and money ordering the lyft myself. Didn’t get home until 4 am when I landed at 11pm. Disappointing. They didn’t even compensate me. Cancel all future booking with jayride and laxride. Didn’t see so many negative feedback until I did my research on this laxride company. Asked the lyft driver who’s this laxride company he’s working for and the driver has no clue! NO CLUE WHO THEY ARE. He just drive for lyft

So weird, Friday afternoon I was able to get help and a ride from my house in ny to jfk. Great service and quick responds by the staff that day. Thank you. But Come Sunday evening when I return I text them what I received was “sorry we don’t service in New York any longer.” That the staff was ruled and didn’t seem to care to help me. Didn’t ask me for my id or name. Just simple sorry we can’t service you. I ask them why no longer do they services New York,the staff didn’t want to respond to me. My guess was the worker that day or whoever was dispatching my ride didn’t want to help me. All I received was “ we are dispatched, please email supportlaxride.net” come Monday when I text them and asked they said they do service in NEW YORK! So what is going on? Worst feeling ever is after a long flight and you have no ride home. Worst service

I chat with a customer rep name Johnson Friday at 3:45 am in their chat now at laxride.net site. Johnson was very unprofessional and hard to understand with his responds, he had some grammar problems. He informed me that it would be one of their own driver that is going to pick us up. Next thing I know a driver working for lyft is in front of my house. The driver then ask me to update my drop off location. My husband and I had no clue what was going on. I message them and finally they updated the drop off address to the airport. Spoke with the driver he said he’s not suppose to be taking us because we didn’t request the ride. He said he doesn’t know of laxride at all.

Just like all the other reviews on here, you’re pretty much getting a lyft that you can download the app and do it yourself. The company is untruthful, I had a feeling since Johnson wasn’t answering my questions and going off subject. Not sure he understood English.

I’m glad my husband and I got to the airport safely but I wouldn’t book again. Johnson also sent me an tip link that I asked the driver about, he said since he doesn’t work for any company he not getting that tip. So I tip him directly.

Overall this company is untruthful. My husband should of listen to the other reviews and save myself ourselves the time and trouble.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. Waited an hour to find out that a nasty dirty lyft car was picking me up. Landed at 4 am and waited an hour to find out it’s a lyft. If I wanted a lyft I could have order one myself for a cheaper and faster service. This is not a private transportation service. Canceling all future service with them.

Never again. I thought this was a private car service, all they do is order you a Lyft or Uber and charge you almost twice what it would have been if you booked Lyft/Uber yourself. The driver was unaware, he thought I booked him directly, and agrees that I was totally ripped off. Tried to discuss this with them and they stopped responding and went dark.

They just left me here at jfk airport. Not to mention that I’m a senior citizen. After landing at jfk I was instructed to text them with my terminal number for pick up. Waited 45 mins finally they said they don’t know where they driver is and have to cancel. Now I’m stuck here at jfk. It’s 3 am Friday morning I’m old and it’s cold and they told me to wait outside. This company does not care for its customers. They still haven’t refund me yet.

Abandoned in South Brooklyn in the middle of nowhere. Got in car that had my info, suddenly it disappeared. Left me at an AUTOZONE in Brooklyn and was told a car would get me. 30 minutes later, "oops, sorry. We'll refund." I'm a senior citizen dumped because of their screw-up.

Don’t trust this company, you’ll end up paying more then what you think you are saving! I was schedule a pick up at 5:00 am this morning, I follow the instruction to text them 30 mins before pick up so I did. After an hour and a half of waiting and getting responds in Improper English “ thank you, we will inform shorty”, the customer service rep told me he/she Cancelled my ride. Now I’m stuck with no ride, and I’ve missed my flight after waiting an hour and half. Terrible service, they didn’t even offer a refund or even paid for my missed flight! WROST COMPANY EVER!! I’m so upset. I’m not even sure this company is in united state. If you’re looking to book save yourself the trouble, time, and headache.

Did not realize that arranging this service would simply be a Lyft driver was called for me. The wait at the airport was longer than I would have liked. I texted as soon as I landed and was led to believe my driver was waiting in a nearby lot but I still waited at the pick up point for 20 minutes. The driver himself was nice though.

I was really excited to be using the Laxride service after reading reviews and putting a lot of research efforts towards sorting out of transportation from the Philadelphia Airport to the wedding out in Allentown, PA. We had an awesome driver and an okay experience once we landed in Philly to coordinate the ride (as instructed, we texted with 30 minutes from when we’d be ready, only to be told to text after we’d received our bags and we’re at the meeting spot with five minutes left and then it took another fifteen from there). We came to find out, all LAXRIDES had done was order us a Lyft driver (which I would have happily done myself!!) now I feel the whole operation was dishonest. Our Lyft driver originally accepted the ride on the pretense that is was a seven minute drive, then it switched from one drop off to the appropriate one - and hour and a half away! Desiree, our driver, was a trooper and awesome! I would have much preferred ensuring she got the entirety of the bill because who knows what LAXRIDES took off the top just by acting as a third party middleman between me and Lyft! I prefer transparency in my transactions and this felt sketchy once all was said and done!

I booked my ride and they hired Lyft to pick me up. I paid more than I would have had I ordered the Lyft myself. It took longer to get the ride since there was a 'middle man' and the information given to the driver was incorrect causing us a lot of stress before it all got straightened out. The Lyft drier didn't understand that he was essentially a sub contractor either.

First time using this ride service. Price was lowest possible, and the driver was great as well. Overall excellent responsiveness to queries and the texts were informative.. Same dependability as Uber or Lyft.

They are on time with many reminder txts and pleasant drivers. They communicate with you so you know where they’re going to pick you up. Would recommend

This worked out well for me. I was weary at first after reading negative reviews, but they delivered. They said to text 30 min prior to needing to be picked up, and it was just that. Especially surprising since I live out in the boonies. Will use again.

Micheal is a wonderful driver and really great to talk with. Music choice is excellent too.
