The delivery company seemed to misplace my original order but Lazy Day sent me out another one straight away after letting them know (thank you Caitlin). Very happy with the shortbread!

We’ve ordered the chocolate celebration cake a few times after supermarkets stopped stocking it. Very happy to be able to order direct from Lazy Day, it’s the best chocolate gluten and dairy free cake on the market

Bought the chocolate tiffin, and ordered direct from the company as morrisons would only allow 1 box per person. Sent very quickly and got 3 free boxes as some were very slightly damaged. No problem, the chocs were fine. The taste of these chocolate tiffins are amazing. It's great to find something with no milk in it that actually tastes great. Many Thanks!

Absolutely outstanding – cake and service!

I honestly can’t recommend Lazy Day Foods highly enough. I was desperate to get hold of their Chocolate Celebration Cake after our local supermarket stopped stocking it for all its Christmas stuff. It was for my son’s 4th birthday, and he’s both egg and gluten free, so finding a safe (and tasty!) cake is always stressful.

I emailed them explaining the situation, and they went above and beyond. They shipped the cake overnight and it arrived the very next day – in perfect condition – along with lots of extra goodies for my son to try, which completely made his day.

The cake itself is absolutely delicious – possibly the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had (free-from or not!). And the customer service? Truly second to none.
I’ll definitely be ordering directly from Lazy Day Foods regularly from now on. An amazing company doing amazing things. 💛 Thank you again!

I originally found these products in Tescos and they are amazing! It feels so good to be able to pick a product off a shelf and eat it with no worries about the ingredients in it. Since birth I’ve never been able to eat eggs so for LAZYDAY to bring out these products is amazing and I thank them ever so much for doing this because I can finally eat cake for the first time in my life without having to bake it at home I can just eat it off the shelf! They taste amazing. Thank you for creating these and thank you for getting these out there.

I'm vegan and like the occasional sweet treat like most people. So I tried Lazyday's Rocky Road 'because we think everyone deserves the occasional treat, especially when they're as joyfully delicious as ours' (their quote, certainly not mine)

With over twenty ingredients - including polyphosphates, carageenan and glucose-fructose syrup - I decided to use the Yuka app for its opinion which as I kinda thought, turned out to be zero. That's right. From a potential score of 100 nutritional points Yuka rated this product with a zero along with 'risky additives' and no positive nutritional content

Put the science to one side. They tasted disgusting; stale, sickly and a mouth feel like a sock with an exceptionally cheap chocolate coating on it

If there was a no star rating, this is what I would award. I bought some Caramel Chocolate Krispies and there was no caramel inside. I contacted Lazyday, they apologised and said they would check their practices and they asked me for some package details, which I provided. They said they would send me a fresh package as a good will gesture. (These are yet to arrive). A few days later I bought some Millionaire's shortbread biscuits. Two of them were tiny and broken and the other three were not the same size. I contacted Lazydays again, with photos and the detail on the package that they asked for the first time. They replied with excuses about the materials in their biscuits being fragile and telling me some variation was to be expected. Overall very disappointing.

Lazy Day Foods have redeemed themselves - they went above and beyond to correct the hiccups that I experienced whilst attempting to get my order within the 5 working days quoted on their website.

Placed an order 4th May it's now 15th May, and my order is still sat as 'pending' and not even despatched after 11 days!
I've contacted them via the website contact form over a week ago and I was completely ignored, I contacted them on Instagram and told to email. So I've emailed but don't hold my breath!
I'm in the process of raising it with my bank as they take money and don't fulfill orders and just hope you'll go away!
My child is celiac and is asking everyday where are my special cakes Mummy and I've got no answers for him. This company are not fit for purpose!

Tried a variety of Lazy Day items this weekend. Vic the caterpillar is amazingly moist and chocolatey. Rocky road is simply delicious, as is the wonderfully crumbly Millionaire Shortbread. Very evident that high quality chocolate is used. Ate way too much of them all.

Customer service unacceptable. Ordered hamper and several items were out of date. Emailed company and they promised to replace them. Items Never arrived, spoke on the phone twice to customer service who promised again they would be sent out the next day. Again they didn’t arrive and then couldn’t ring as they shut for Christmas. Was blatantly lied too. Will never order from them again. Beware!!

Ordered in advance to arrive before Christmas. Order left pending for several days. Customer service did reply to my messages and inform me that my order would be sent soon. After being told this over again I asked for a refund as it would not have arrived by Christmas. Got a refund. But wasted a lot of time chasing my order. Customer service did reply to me so that was something. But overall disappointing.
Good products though and will continue to buy from supermarkets instead of there website.

This company might be boasting on social media about winning awards for their product, but they certainly don't deserve any award for customer service!
First time I have ordered from them, order despatched and arrived promptly, promising so far! However, several items in my order were damaged due to insufficient packaging. Emailed the company and they agreed to send replacements, I waited, nothing turned up! Emailed again, this time ignored, emailed again, this time a reply telling me they would send replacements that afternoon, they didn't! They eventually sent replacements which have turned up in a worse state than the original ones, due to insufficient packaging, again! Emailed them to let them know, that email has been ignored! The sign of a good company is not only how they perform initially, but how they respond when things go wrong, this company has a lot to learn about customer service - I will not be using them again!

I have recently had the misfortune of trying what is probably the worst gluten free 'cake' I have ever purchased. It was a vanilla sponge tray bake cake from the brand lazydays, which I purchased from Saintsbury last weekend. There wasn't any real choice apart from two products from this company. This so called cake was simply disgusting, the base was flat and stale tasting and the small round colour decorations resembled grit. As for supposedly feeding 12, once you saw the size you'd be lucky to get an anemic 6. This was for the special occasion of a birthday, and because of a gluten intolerance there was not too many options. Having said that, we have tried many cakes over the years, some really good, some not so good. This one however does not even fall into bad, it's way worse. Do not waste your hard earned money on this rubbish

My usual supplier had sold out of the Tiffin Selection, Thankfully as found them direct online. Bonus as black Friday, purchased 4 packs for not much more than I usually pay for 1 box.
Amazing product, reasonable postage, very prompt. Pleased to see that the items sent have a best before almost 8 months!
I even got sent a couple of freebies to try. Thank you 😋

It tastes delicious and i think they have used great ingredients.
I especially love the millionaire shortbread and it is gluten-free milk free egg free and vegan free and it is produced in a nut free site. I have egg and nut this is one thing i am allowed to eat.

The recipe for the Rocky Roads must have changed -they are not nearly as nice as they used to be. I won’t be buying any more.

I can’t say enough good things about Lazy Day Foods! I found Lazy Day while looking for some Christmas treats for my vegan husband. I bought a Christmas hamper, and we have been delighted with everything!! It is impossible to tell that these products are free-from, they taste just as good as the originals, and in some cases, better!! My husband’s favorites are the ginger tiffins. I think the shortbreads are amazing, especially considering that there is no butter!! The hamper had a phenomenal selection, but I can’t wait to order again and try some new treats! And, the fact that all of these good things are sustainable, makes the great, even better! Thank you, Lazy Day, you made vegan Christmas a very delicious one!!
