Won't sell any Cubans
The most bizzare "store" experience I ever had in my life. You go in, the store is fully stocked with cigars, but they won't sell you any because (insert bogus made up excuse about "long-term customers" etc). If you ask them how to become their customer when they won't sell you anything they just rattle off another lie.
It's a shameful experience, these guys should not be in business.
Edit after their reply: see, exactly as I said, some made up concocted story about fair sales and long-term customers, while refusing to sell a single cigar from the premium stock. The whole of Amsterdam know the game they play selling all this online.

If we were to oblige every request for a box of cigars, you would find yourself in a store that is as devoid of stock as every other Cuban cigar sales point in the world, as the replenishment of said stock in accordance with the extreme demand is impossible in 2023. Now, we are able to offer our customers a large variety of singles, allowing aficionados to explore all the depth that is to be found within Cuban cigar making. In line with the spirit of Cuba, we believe that every single smoker should have access to the aforementioned, instead of resellers and hoarders claiming all there is.
