Lee's classes are brilliant! I've been attending for a number of years, and the support and motivation she provides is second to none. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I have been training with Lee for 16 weeks now and in that time I have not only found routine and structure with work outs and lifestyle changes, I have achieved many personal goals. Lee has been key in this, always motivating and giving great advice making everything feel achievable (even when personally I didn’t think I could) I definitely feel that while doing PT sessions with Lee that I got more than just the tools I needed to make the changes I wanted, but also a personal trainer who really cared and wanted me to do well.
Absolutely love going to Lee's classes! Everyone is really friendly and welcoming and Lee is so encouraging and supportive! No matter what your fitness level is, Lee helps you to modify the exercises to make sure you're still getting a good workout! Highly recommend!!
Lee has been brilliant at keeping me motivated, setting realistic targets and helping feel better physically and mentally.
I have been attending Lee’s classes and part of her online group for 3 years now and they are fantastic. Lee is amazing at what she does, it’s not just a job to her, it’s so much more. Lee gets to know you personally and has a genuine interest to get everyone to be the best they can and achieve their personal goals! It’s also so much fun and like a family you become part of. I’m so glad I started my journey 3 years ago.
I came across Lee's Facebook page over 10 years ago now. Her classes looked great and I eventually got the courage to go along. I was made to feel very welcome by Lee and all other ladies who attend. It is the best exercise class I have ever attended and 10 years later I am still hooked. Lee is a great trainer who is highly motivated and makes sure you always give your best at every class.
Lee has been my PT for a year now. I came to her with an undiagnosed heart condition and not really knowing what to do but still wanting to stay active. She was so knowledgeable and we worked on keeping my heart rate low but still working all of my body. My strength and health grew massively when I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to do anything.
Just a few weeks ago I underwent a procedure to correct my arrhythmia issue and we are now back to training with no holds barred!!
Turning up for training or class with Lee is the best parts of my week. She has an infectious energy that even if you walk in feeling unmotivated, you walk out with a massive smile on your face, having had the best time and proud of what you have achieved.
Lee is excellent! Highly recommend trying PT with Lee or attending one of her classes.
Lee knows how to get the best from you in a challenging and fun way! Any exercise can be adapted to meet your abilities. Lee will be your biggest supporter along the way, encouraging you to meet your short and long term goals.
Lee gives so much motivation and encouragement with everything! She is full of knowledge about fitness, health etc! All her classes are so much fun and really makes you work (in a fun way)
Lee is an inspiration and motivator to us ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes ! I’ve never felt so comfortable with a great bunch of ladies before usually I’d be hiding away but I don’t feel like that in class. Lee is the best at what she does. I never in a million years thought that I would enjoy exercise but without sounding like a cliche “I love it” and because of Covid I miss the interaction with these ladies but with Lee’s Facebook page and the Max experience (which I will definitely need in January) we can still stay in touch and help is there if needed. Roll on next year and hopefully classes can resume soon xx
I'm part of Lee's Max Experience group and love it! From live workouts, website workouts, live Q&A's, weekly check in's, food/water advice and an amazing group of women to chat with, Lee's group has it all! Lee has kept us all motivated to carry on throughout lockdown and when we slip, she helps to pick us up and get going again. I highly recommend joining, it'll change the way you think and do food and exercise!
I would thoroughly recommend signing up to LDPT, it has helped me a lot since I joined The Max Experience in September 2020, to be more focused on what I'm eating, making time for exercise, and small changes to my routine can have a big impact.
Lee is positive and motivational, and the weekly check in's and challenges help to keep on track. The Max Experience group is also very welcoming and supportive.
Can't recommend Lee enough, she has helped me to love exercise when I never thought that would be possible. I enjoy attending her classes and being able to push my self and have the encouragement of all the other ladies too. Lee has taught me a lot this year and I'm looking forward to 2021 and to continue to grow. Lee is a inspiration woman and has helped many females with a range of things, she has helped me to improve my confidence and realise I can do such more than I thought!
Lee is so inspirational and helps you motivate yourself in everything you do! I don’t enjoy exercising but I now have a new love for it after attending classes and 1-1 lessons I can’t wait to see what 2021 brings!! Thanks Lee x
Cannot recommend Lee highly enough. She inspires her clients to be the best version of themselves and provides you with all the support and encouragement you need to achieve your goals. Throughout the pandemic she has gone above and beyond to support her clients during lockdowns with social media challenges, virtual quizzes and live Q&As in her private Facegroups to keep us motivated or just to support our mental health. Lee is truly the best personal trainer you could ever have and I’m privileged to be one of her clients. She has changed my life for the better and found an inner competitor I never knew existed.
I have been training with Lee for over 8 years now. It's not only an exercise class but a family. During these 8 years I have achieved things I never thought would be possible & this is all down to the support & encouragement from Lee & also the other ladies who attend. My fitness levels have increased dramatically & I now enjoy exercising which I never thought I would say. Not only has this improved my physical health but also my mental health. Lee is a fantastic trainer & oozes positivity which is infectious. Would I recommend Lee, most definitely 100%.
