Leaders - Bishops Stortford Bewertungen

The whole staff are really helpful, promptly on spot treating us clients very nicely kindly. Information we've needed so far we've got accurately.
Thanks to them.

“I was very satisfied with the collaboration with my real estate agent. He showed professionalism, promptness, and kindness throughout the entire rental process. He helped me step by step, explaining each stage without ever getting annoyed, even when I had many questions or uncertainties. He was always available and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend his services!”

Dealt with Liam throughout and was always courteous and incredibly helpful. The process has been straightforward and I loved the additional touch of the moving box - very thoughtful! Thankyou!

Tom was great very helpful help each step of the way I could trust him 100%

Helpful staff, good communication throughout the process.

Highly recommend Leaders - Bishops Stortford as a letting agent. Tom was very informative about the whole process of becoming a landlord, answering all our questions as well as informing us of all the things we hadn't even thought of yet. Leaders is an excellent choice as a letting agent whether you want to manage your property yourself or use their managing services.

An exceptional woman professional, kind, and truly inspiring. A joy to work with and a valuable presence in any team. Highly recommended! Thank you Giorgia 🫶🏽

Very good service and hospitality

All members of staff in the Bishop’s Stortford branch have been very helpful and very informative regarding the property I am renting and helping me with my online portal and application.

When it comes to looking for a house and making the transition to another it is usually a bit stressful, from the moment we contacted the guys at leaders they were kind and were attentive to resolve our doubts, scheduling the visit to the house was quick and easy, especially Georgia was spectacular her attention and the way she carried out and explained the process to us, they were concerned that every detail was covered, without the legal process being so complicated, now we are moving to our new home, thank you Georgia.

Liam has been a huge help in being able to find and rent a new property that we were looking for and helped us through all all the stages. Thank you.

I’ve had Debbie as my Property Manager for nearly 6 years and I’ve found her very professional, approachable and on the ball with all issues I needed addressing. The checking in to checking out process has been very smooth. The office staff are friendly and approachable. Would recommend Leaders to anyone.

Georgia and the team in bishops Stortford were so helpful in making our move as stress free as possible and were always happy to answer any questions we had, can’t thank them enough!

It’s so important for me to find the right tenants as I am letting rooms out in my own home. Tom and Liam have been endlessly patient, understanding and reassuring. They are both professional and have a good sense of humour. Leaders have matched me with many lodgers over the past 7 years and I will continue to use their services.

I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned 3 weeks after my tenancy ended, and I have sent around 12 emails. I was informed on Friday 2nd August, after submitting my bank details, that it would be '5 working days'. On Wednesday 7th August, I again had to submit bank details. I was informed it would be '3 to 5 working days'. In the electronic age, where bank transfers take only a matter of hours to go through the system, the length of time I have been made to wait is a disgrace!

Tom totally understood (and was endlessly patient with) my need to find the right tenant for my household. He was very professional and friendly and I could not have asked for a better service from him and the other staff at Leaders - George, Georgia and Debbie. I will definitely use them again (I had stopped for a while!) and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

We have been using Leaders to rent out our property for a few years and we have received nothing but exceptional service and support in that time. Debbie recently has proven to be the most proactive and resilient person I know, she has gone above and beyond to assist us and help resolve a delicate situation of which we are now through. Thank you so much for all your dedicated over the last few months, it is truly appreciated.

Debbie and her team have helped us with our rental property for years and kept us up to date with how best to let it. We are very pleased with her help and recommendations for a recent refurbishment and installation of a new heating system as ours was outdated and inefficient. I am sure it will keep us in excellent letting potential going forward as well as retaining our current tenants.

Thank you to Leaders Bishops Stortford. Particular thanks go to Debbie, Tom and Georgia for all their hard work, commitment and professionalism. Always friendly and willing to help.

Awful
If you are not earning 39k in a year but a bit less than that, so unfortunately your place is on the street and you are not worth to get a roof over your head.
