Macy has been especially helpful throughout the process, always responding quickly to my questions, keeping me updated, and making everything as straightforward as possible. She’s been approachable, knowledgeable, and has made the whole experience much less stressful. I really appreciate all of her support and would happily recommend Leaders to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Selwyn, the member of staff that I spoke with delivered an excellent services.
Each time I ring him, who quickly answered the phone and put me through all that was my concern.
And was able to arrange the house viewing same day. Tim also, was quite helpful as well like Selwyn.
That's quite satisfactory.

Great experience with Leaders Forest Hill
I’ve really enjoyed dealing with Leaders Forest Hill over the past 3 years. Managing my tenancy was really easy and the staff were communicative via email and phone throughout. The Leaders portal is also super convenient. Selwyn helped me out when I first moved into my last place, dealing with an issue quickly and promptly. He is responsive and enthusiastic which I really appreciate. I’m looking forward to working with him again hopefully for my next property search 😊 after several experiences over the years with dishonest lettings agents and tricky private landlords Leaders was truly a breath of fresh air.

Great Service
I have been using Leaders as my agent for several years now, and the service has been excellent. They are always responsive to my issues and solve them quickly and efficiently. It is comforting to know that if I have any problems with my flat they are there to help, as I do not live in the UK. With new Renters Rights Act, Leaders were very proactive in ensuring that I was informed of the changes and the impact, not only prior to the activation of the Act, but also afterwards. I would definitely recommend as an agent.
