We wanted to help our lovely tenants with the cost of living by reducing the rent during a period of mat leave. After a rather shaky start re organising this (apparently unusual request) Nick Hawkins arrived - took this on and arranged a process with the accounts dept whilst keeping us and our tenants in the loop - thanks Nick!

My recent rental property experience with one of LEADERS Consultant Ms. Victoria Grandison, she was highly knowledgeable about the property. She addressed all queries proactively, offering additional support. Her calm and supportive follow ups made the entire process smooth and stress free. She remained available throughout and coordinated everything clearly, informatively and courteously. Fully satisfied with the process.

During my time dealing with leaders I found my experience very good, especially Victoria. As she went above and beyond to insure things went smoothly. I have recently contacted Leaders Sutton branch to obtain a guidance on potential letting. I found Leaders in particularily the branch letting manager Michael very knowledgeable and supportive who clearly knows the local rental market. Michael has quickly explained the changes to the current Rental Rights Act and how to prepare the property for renting. Michael was a true professional and very friendly to communicate with. If you want a reliable agency and trustworthy agent who actually knows its trade and is a hands on letting manager then that would be Michael.
