These drops work but you have to follow HCG protocol all the way. It takes will power and dedication but you see results quickly and you have to follow the phases of the HCG as if you are actually taking the hormone drops. The drops definitely help with your metabolism, if you find your self hungry... water water water and more water. You have to want the weight-loss deeply and you will succeed.

This is 5th time buying this product I was so happy and satisfied with the first bottle but the other 4 have not been good. The solution has turned into littl rocks . i have send emails and no return emails or phone calls .

i was disappointed that it has clumps in the bottle, but i guess thats the way it comes...

You definitely get more weight loss by doing a light workout if you feel strong enough.
Back in 2018, I started it in March at 175LBS and by June I was back to my pre-baby weight of 140.

I received 2 bottles which are different from my first bottle , it taste different , the dropper and bottle are different , this set has an alcohol taste the first bottle was more of a greenish liquid , this one is clear . I am returning them

Ordering is easy and fast. The online information is very helpful so read through it and take notes. This is my 2nd time doing this type of diet. The first time (about 6 years ago) I lost 35 pounds with NO cheating. I have gained back about 10 pounds as I have stopped tracking my calories and drink more beer. So during quarantine, I decided to do this again and lose 10 pounds. I loaded for 2 days and am now phase 2 day 3 and have lost 5 pounds already. The first few days are hard as you will be hungry so DRINK YOUR WATER and again keep a journal of what you eat/drink and do your drops at the same time every day. I try to do my eating/drinking between 7a and 6p. Eating much later than 6p should not be allowed. Remember this is hard so don't waste your money if you are not prepared to stick to it, drink your water - all of it, write down everything - daily weight - what day you are on - times for drops - what you eat/drink, and finally do not cheat or it won't work. This is a marathon not a race. If you stick with it you will get results.
