Paid but no tutor
Scheduled a tutoring session after signing up amd paid for its tutoring services. The tutor did not show up for the scheduled session. A second session was scheduled and the tutor failed to show up for the session. I requested a refund for its service for lack of participation. Learner.com’s response was that it wanted to provide more tutoring sessions and, this time, it really meant the tutor would show up,. In other words. It did not voluntarily refund me even though it acknowledged its tutor did not join or participate in the sessions. When a company makes receiving services more difficult than it was to pay for the service, there is a considerable problem with the company. I absolutely do not recommend Learner.com

Learner was great to deal with and easy to adjust plan as needed. Appreciate the opportunity to try a session for a fee before signing up for a subscription. I have tried other companies and Learner is by far the best to work with. Our tutor Joe is wonderful and has increased my child's confidence and given great hints for math.

I recommend ✌️🥺
This is like my letter or recommendation. So, beside dwelling into the “why” of why we do what we do in math we break up big problems into small dense components and connect parts to the big picture. From reassurance of a flexible schedule once the original time duration was exceeded to being enthusiastic toward curiosity and the subject just makes it all the more enjoyable to learn because an educator’s passion tends to transmit to the student especially on a one-on-one session like this. So, overall, Alexandra was great! I loved it.
