I found it comprehensive , detailed , interesting and fullfilling . Highly recommend it !

my experience with learning cloud has been extremely positive, I did a course to be able to provide proof of experience, as it is something that I am already involved in. Clinton was extremely positive and though I did not require any support, I still appreciate the comments and quick turn around when marking and returning results. The tools were great and helpful. I loved that I was able to do it in my own time so no pressure, the course made me think and despite my experience re think outside the box. Thank you.

I wanted to unenrol in my online end of life doula course on the 27th of October. I genuinely have no interest in the course any more. I tried to discuss this in a formal, friendly manner via email but was told under "enrolment terms" that I was unable to cancel payment plans, and offered other course solutions instead. When I said I wanted to unenrol I meant unenrolling. Why do I have to pay a full 2 grand for something I won't even receive a certificate for in the end cause I am not accessing or using the features any more? I can understand paying for what I have accessed so far (which is 10%) but I have already paid nearly $600 on this which is a good quarter of the course. Other universities don't do this. And it's the same lady I am always talking to even on the website chat so I can't get a differing opinion on the enrolment terms and a fair right of unenrolment. Sometimes people just don't want to do courses any more and that's okay, changes happen. Just like how I've had to change my bank card details.

So yeah, don't enrol in a course from here unless you absolutely want/need to and even then don't bother.

This company is a rip off and steals money from your bank account. I signed up for a course and was told it was an Australian course. It turned out to be a mish mash of American crap. I tried to cancel and was told NO - The staff were rude and only care about getting money from your bank account. I tried to cancel through my bank and was threatened with debt collection if I did not reinstate my payments. $2000 for rubbish, this company is a disgrace- Keep well away and find something legitimate.

I studied Horticulture 3 years ago and this year did the Environment Management Course which I just finished. Both courses were fantastic and the course work was so broad. I have learned so much. I think Learning Cloud is a fantastic Online platform to study with and gain Certificates. They are so helpful and give great positive feedback for every unit and all your work. I would highly recommend them for studying for a Career change.

I had a terrible experience with Learning Cloud and strongly advise others to think twice before enrolling.

I never even gained access to the course I signed up for. Instead of resolving the issue, Learning Cloud continued to charge me after I had clearly asked to cancel. Despite repeated attempts to contact them and cancel my enrolment early on, they ignored my requests and still forced me to pay nearly \$2,000. I explained that I couldn’t access the content and had no intention of continuing, but they refused to acknowledge this. Even worse, I noticed unauthorized charges coming from them and had to cancel my bank card due to what I can only describe as fraudulent activity. They still pursued me for nearly $2,000 — for a course I never accessed — and eventually handed the case over to debt collectors, adding even more stress and pressure to an already unfair situation.

To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue professionally, they passed the matter to debt collectors and began harassing me for payment — for a course I never used and never had access to.

This has been a stressful and frustrating ordeal. It feels like a complete scam. Their lack of support, transparency, and fairness is appalling. Avoid Learning Cloud at all costs — there are far more reputable and student-focused education providers out there.

I am currently a student and continue to be disappointed by this group. I had to cancel the card the payment for my course was assigned to. I called as soon as possible, within hours of doing so, and explained my situation and requested that the fee be forfitted. I called in due course and this was not my own doing but a fraudulent issue with my account and the payment was sitting there. The person I spoke to, Josie gave me a flat out no. I understand the conditions of my agreement and this is not the first time I have entered the agreement type. These fees can be waived under certain circumstances but she chose not to even lift her little finger to try. HONESTLY PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LEARNING GROUP. THERE ARE BETTER ALTERNATIVES OUT THERE. SO STUCK WITH IT FOR THE NEXT YEAR.

I love the study work and taking time with the assessments. I love the people who has helped me so much with studies.

I've done many courses through the years, both accredited and non-accredited. I started this course for a career change.
It was a great all round course. The learning platform was well set out and easy to navigate. The learning material well well written and relevant. I really liked the assignments. I was able to base them on my current or future roles, and could then use my assignment content in a useful way within the business. Rather than the traditional 'here are your notes, learn them and do an exam' structure, the assignment encouraged me to get familiar with the industry, and to network. Clinton was an excellent tutor. He was friendly, and helpful with his feedback. Both the tutor and admin were very speedy with their replies.
I have gained employment by 2 of the companies I used as case studies for assignment or research projects.

I've completed 1 course a few years ago with this company. I enrolled in a different one when I started to work in the industry of my choice, due to unforeseen circumstances I wasnt able to continue to pay the course. I informed the admin on this and requested to cancel my course. I never asked for a refund just to cancel the payments. I was slapped with there will be a 150 bucks cancel fee. At which I was happy to pay. Only to be told that I don't have a extreme circumstances to leave. Such as medical where my issue wasn't as such.

I have now cancelled my card to force them to stop taking money from me. I've been back and forth with this admin for months to leave the course. I will no longer allow these people to take my money nor anyone else's.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.

Heaps of experiences on reddit to read from. I also wasted my money. They are described as bullies... They steal other places course work and there are no teachers just a call centre.
They say I am not a student in the response but I have emails.

The course was rigorous, and I learned a great deal

I studied organic farming with Learning Cloud. The course has helped me immensely and been incredibly applicable to my farming practise.

I have learnt a significant amount without undue pressure or time frames, allowing me to be flexible with my study whilst continuing my day to day activities.

I particularly enjoyed topics on soil, mulching, fruit trees, and vegetables. I would recommend this course to anyone keen on making a difference through organic practises or simply wanting to be a better gardener or to parallel horticultural studies and interest.

The support from the team at Learning Cloud was exceptional, with no issue any time I was in contact with them.

I am working towards a Certificate in Child and Youth Counselling, so far having completed three modules (or courses).
I cannot thank Learning Cloud enough for the help and support they have provided me so far. My tutors have been amazing, and the staff at Learning Cloud have been very helpful with my queries.
I have enjoyed the courses very much, and feel it has helped me learn new skills and knowledge for counselling children. I would like to thank Clinton and Nadia for providing me excellent feedback.
The course is self paced, and it is easy to understand and submit assignments. The course material is excellent. I have enjoyed researching and completing my assignments and would recommend Learning Cloud to others.

I did the Cut Flower Production course. I had a fantastic experience. I had some of lifes ups and downs while doing the course and Tracy my tutor supported me and showed kindness and patience through everything she is amazing. I cant thank her and Learning Cloud enough for everything. I have learned so much and i have finally completed my course. It has given me self esteem and confidence. Guided in every way by Tracy i completed each assignment and the wonderful comments i received gave me a heartwarming experience and boosted my self confidence immensely.
It proved to me at 65 i can still achieve my goals and mostly that my brain is still working fine ha ha ha.
Thank you to Tracy and all the team at learning cloud for a fantastic, very organised , fully supportive experience and for giving me a new outlook on my life with this amazing life changing Flower Production course. I highly recommend this company cannot fault it at all.

Amazing communication, and prompt reply, when e-mailing faculty or tutor. Clear instructions for the course. Really enjoyed all the learning for Crisis Counselling. The only thing I can point out, is if there was a lesson on self-harm. My tutor also took the time to suggest a textbook.

Sports psychology and Motivation course:
Having taken a keen interest in studying sports psychologist and motivation tools to assist my own career I wished to looked further in undertaking a courses to gain further knowledge and training. From my first contact with Learning Cloud from nearing the completion of my studies my experience has been a wonderful and much appreciative experience. My study materials and layout, instructions made my study flow freely with excellent references to research to which always kept me eager to explore and engage with my assessments. At every time where I had a query the staff at Learning Cloud where available with prompt replies either via phone or email. I found feedback from my assessments submitted in a very short time. Dialogue was easy.
I have studied qualifications in different vocations for work and personal always via a face to face in house study platform like university. My first online study I was a bit unsure about my abilities and what to expect. At Learning Cloud I am very pleased that i took that step as been a much appreciative and enjoyable study time.

I did the plant pathology course. The course material was seriously outdated, or you could also say just wrong ("Fungi are members of the 'thallophyte' group of plants and do not produce chlorophyll."). I gave feedback on several occasions on these absolutely horrible errors, and they always claimed they changed it but never did (once they only changed the formatting, and another time they changed only one instance but left all the other times where it was wrongly named unchanged - not confusing at all for any future student).
In addition, I seriously doubt that a single sentence of any of my submissions was ever read by a tutor. Of course, they were always rated excellent ("Well done, - this is a well-structured and detailed overview of different plant diseases."). But I also got this amazingly positive feedback when my submission was "sorry I did not find a diseased plant to do the assignment on" ("This is another excellent submission! You are continuing to demonstrate a high level of comprehension of the course materials. Keep up the effort!").
I still learned a great deal while doing the course, as part of the assignment was always to do reading outside of the course material on the covered topics.

I am currently in the process of the dog psychology, training and behaviour course and I would like to thank everyone involved as so far it has been awesome. Its my first time doing an online course and everyone has been so helpful and supportive. Looking forward to completing my course knowing I have help when needed. Thanks heaps to everyone involved.
