Having run a business for 40 years, Legion Express Parcels are simply the best carrier in the UK. We like being able to talk to a person and not a machine. The delivery service itself is second to none – efficient, reliable and fully professional. In all the years that we have been dealing with Legion, no parcel has ever been damaged.
Our collection driver, Wayne, always has a fully professional attitude – efficient, helpful, polite and smart and nothing is too much trouble.
The sign of a truly excellent company is what happens when things go wrong. On the few occasions that deliveries have been delayed, we particularly like the way they are resolved to our full satisfaction; even to the extent that they will talk directly to our customer to explain what has happened.

We’ve worked with Legion for many years, and their service has always been exceptional. Nothing is ever too much trouble—they consistently go above and beyond. A great example of this was when we urgently needed a parcel that had been misrouted by a third-party courier. The driver couldn’t locate our site and was planning to delay the delivery until the next working day. This would have caused significant disruption, as our site was on standby waiting for that delivery.

I contacted Legion for help, even though it wasn’t their job, and they immediately stepped in. Thanks to their network and expertise, they were able to coordinate with the courier and ensure our team member could meet the driver and collect the parcel in time.

The entire team at Legion is helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly dependable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for all your parcel delivery needs.

The guys at Legion are all great, we can call and talk to anyone of them and know we're in great hands, Jerry and Carl have picked a good team. The service is top notch, even if something is amiss we know that it will get sorted at speed and always with a laugh. We have Ben as our pick up guy and he's always extremely punctual and happy and polite and a nice face to see at 3pm every day. We wouldn't trust our parcels to anyone else.

I run a promotional merch company and Ive used many different couriers over the years. Legion Express are quite simply head and shoulders above any of the others. Efficient, flexible, competitive prices, and nothing is ever a problem to them. Add this to very very helpful staff that actually answer the phone (which is rare in itself in the world of couriers) and they always assist you and are so helpful.
