Bought a Flamma replacement gear box from this company? It’s extremely tight to operate and you would find it impossible to operate using an alloy pole, I contacted the sales team about the issue, the response was from Mille? I will post your concerns on to another company? From then on no update or contact blocked from emails all returned and my account now is not active, that there response, I’ve had from there sales and support team? Nil caution on any purchases

After placing order for a Dometic Fridge clip it did not arrive via EVRI.
I emailed customer service as nobody answered phone. Got a reply same day.
Apologies and another sent via Royal Mail 48?
Guess what ..It’s not turned up and tracking not updated.
These things happen my issue is I clearly stated I needed this part urgently. I wanted a refund after first contact so I could try and get one locally. But the Lady had already sent another via Royal Mail when she replied to my email.
Well it’s too late now .. I’m away on my holidays with a broken fridge shelf!! Very irritating!!! Good job I decided to get other Items I need locally, tried to save £2 not worth the stress.

Terrible company! After placing an order the tracking reference never worked! Over the span of two weeks chasing for updates on my order I was constantly told "were looking in to this for you". We never got any further update or information other than that everytime we chased (which was a fair amount of times) so unfortunately we've now had to cancel our order and go else where.

Great product. Good price. Only downfall was Courier gave us a date for delivery but it never came until the next day.

Diabolical service.. promises after promises that our goods were on the way a week later and trip postponed and still nothing.
Very annoyed and disappointed.
If they had been honest rather than fob us off with "its on its way" so I could have ordered elsewhere .

We ordered 9 gas canisters, only 8 arrived, but then , when told about it, another one was sent immediately
