Leisuretime by Toureasy Bewertungen 

This was our second stay at Judd’s Folly and we were pleased to have returned to this friendly hotel. It was an excellent base to explore Kent, the Garden of England,, visiting a number of towns including Whistable , Faversham, Canterbury and Sissinghurst the home of Vita Sackville-West and a National Trust property
Our coach was comfortable and had charging points for our tech, our driver, Karl, was welcoming and helped to make our holiday another hit with LeisureTime by Toureasy

Austria was amazing. Lovely hotel and food. Drivers were really good and entertaining

The drivers were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure everyone had the best possible time. We certainly did. The accommodation was great in all stops. There was an hour stop on the way to the falls NO one on the coach wanted to do “nothing there” an extra hour at the falls would be great.

I have a comment All passengers agree with it’s to do with a lady “Maisie” sat in the front row with us. She was a very intelligent lady and was polite to fellow passengers but. She was rude and had attitude with the drivers and deliberately returned late to the coach when we did rest stops. The drivers had to go look for her every time. We all felt so sorry for them because they knew it would happen. I would say she went out of her way to make things difficult for them. They never once complained. In fairness to them. They knew her from past trips. Meal times she made difficult for everyone she was sat on our table. She would benefit from having a family member friend or support worker to accompany her. Again not just my words. The trip took a lot longer than needed because of her times back.

Hotel was good but evening meal was disappointing they actually run out of food which left us no choice but to have fishcakes which were disgusting and it's to far away from any local shops or bars so you had no choice but to use their facilities

No delays. Nice coach. Brecon is lovely and the trip on the canal made it memorable. Can recommend Leisuretime will be booking more trips in the future.

Well organised lovely drive and driver. Shame was it rained. But that didn’t spoil the day.

The driver was very friendly and helpful. He organised quizes for the Saturday and Sunday because there was no entertainment. The Hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent although the evening meal was a bit hit or miss.

Our 5 day trip to Kent was amazing from start to finish, Karl our driver was the best so far,and we've been doing coach trips for 20+ years with 7+ different companies.
The level of service and quality of the hotels you use( our 3rd with Leisuretime) is by far the best... quality food and hotels are a must in my eyes and the value is definitely a bonus.

Driver first class as was the bus. A very good day out.

Had an absolutely wonderful time in Austria, the weather was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tyrol. The bus was lovely and kept very clean, the hotel was amazing with a variety of great food every night.
Our bus drivers were really the stars of the show, Ray and Jock could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable and had a good laugh along the way! They made the long journeys on either side much shorter and were very knowledgeable about the areas we were travelling in.
The only thing I would change is we had a stop in a ski town that was only really coffee shops and businesses so we would have preferred to spend more time at the waterfalls later in the day.

We'll definitely be booking again soon though, we had a great time!

Lovely coach so comfortable, our driver Chris was fantastic, helpful and full of information,he made it a very plesant trip. Looking forward to our next trip inJuly

All timings from pick up, the ferries and excursions went really well and we were looked after really well by Anthony who made us all feel safe on our journeys throughout our short break.
The hotel, in a good location, was very welcoming and comfortable with a good breakfast.

Too short a time in resort.Menu in hotel could be shown in English.Please avoid a weekend where there is a street closure because the coach had to drop us a substantial distance from the hotel necessitating a long walk on return from excursion.Coach driver brilliant 5*

Jock the driver was lovely, very friendly, also kind and considerate to the elderly passengers. The coach was very basic. The journey took much longer than I expected, the pick ups around Cardiff put alot of extra time on the journey. The hotel and staff was lovely. I loved the trips while there. Definitely the time factor is a put off.

Food was awful. Not just us but a number of customers sent food back. Showers in room was to small only just got in them had to leave door on shower open to have a shower. Knocking legs on beds every time. Matters was to thin could feel the bed fram though it. Was thinking of going to premier. Inn just to have a good night sleep. Nothing to doing in hotel till 5pm as the bar was locked. If we haven't gone on coach tips there was nothing to do except stay in your room. On the other hand the waitress was good and helpful. Will not be booking to go to the Burlington Hotel again. Wich is a shame as there a lot of potential.

re: female receptionist on duty at 6.30pm The Burlington hotel I.O.W.
I asked what time the heating came on? I was told it will not, as everyone was hot & they had all the doors open. I told her it was not hot in my room, I was told they could not put heating on in individual rooms. Her manner was very confrontational. A large group of people came behind me making a lot of noise & I could not hear what she was saying, & told her so & went in to dinner. A guest told me I could have a heater if I asked. so I asked & was told I was very rude & had walked away from her when she was speaking. She kept telling me how rude I was & I never got a heater & sat in my room with my coat on. The heat was on downstairs! She should not be front of house with her attitude. The menu for dinner was poor. Coach and driver were good. One receptionist can ruin a holiday! PS I do wear hearing aids but they are not helpful when there is a lot of background noise. I am an 85year young solo traveller.
