Very satisfied, nice and natural soft Bob wig. Will buy it again.

I ordered a 22" WIG from Lemoda Hair for $99. They sent me a small closure instead. When I contacted them, they admitted the product was "completely mismatched" to my order (I have the screenshots to prove this).
Instead of fixing their mistake or offering a refund, they have now BLOCKED me on WhatsApp and are ignoring my emails. They are literally stealing money from hard-working people.
DO NOT BUY. This company is using false advertising to rip people off. I responded to their offer for a $99 (22" WIG), but instead of the wig advertised, they sent me a closure

This wig from Lemoda Hair is absolutely gorgeous! The hair is so thick, shiny, and soft, and the hair feels AMAZING! It was so easy to customize and flat-iron this hair. This wig is truly luxurious and elegant. This Lemoda beauty is so vibrant and healthy looking! This wig flows like beautiful silk! I love it! The shipping was super fast, and the customer service and communication were excellent. Lemoda Hair is just as good, if not better, as they say they are!❤️

Purchased through TikTok shop and the item came used. I instantly messaged them because I needed my hair done for my birthday. They requested that I returned the item and it was sent back the next day. Upon receiving the item the merchant declined my refund claiming I messed up the wig. I am out of my money and my wig !! Be careful with this company ! I’ve been messaging since SEPTEMBER and still haven’t gotten anywhere.

lemoda has beautiful hair, but the shipping is ridiculous. i’ve waited now going onto the third week for shipping info. they say they take about 3-5 days for shipping but it’s a lie. it just gets worse and worse

When I received the hair I instantly knew this hair is of good quality! I ordered a 30inch 13x4. SKINLIKE HD Lace wig, I washed, dyed and conditioned it as if it was my own hair, plucked the hairline and after all the maintenance I did a brush and comb test for shedding and the wig remained full with no shedding ! The lace is pure silk and melts perfectly. This is my first and not my last purchase from Lemoda, also customer service is impeccable!

I ordered the 30 inch Burmese curly HD 13x6 full lace wig on January 6th. I’ve had it installed since then. It’s the best curly wig I’ve tried in a long time and sooo worth my money! It’s rare that you get exactly what some companies are advertising but I am extremely impressed!!! The lace melts like butter and this wig is soo full!! Almost too full lol It doesn’t tangle and it barely sheds. I’ve reinstalled it atleast 4x and it looks great every time! 10/10 worth my money!

I recently purchased the 18-inch Lagos hair line body wave wig with 180% density in natural black from Lemoda Hair, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The hair is very soft, full, and true to length. The 180% density gives it a thick, luxurious look without feeling heavy. The body wave pattern is beautiful and holds its shape well, but it can also be straightened easily while maintaining its softness.

There was very minimal shedding during washing and styling, and the wig does not tangle easily. The lace blends nicely and looks natural once installed. I also appreciated that the hair had little to no chemical smell when I opened the package. It feels comfortable to wear daily and still looks fresh after multiple wears.

Overall, the quality exceeded my expectations. The wig looks natural, feels lightweight, and gives me so much confidence. I’ve received many compliments, and I will definitely purchase from Lemoda Hair again.

This hair is so pretty and full. I ordered and it dis not take long for me to receive my product. The hair does not shed even after prewashed. I am loving how beautiful this hair is. Looking to order more now. I even contacted the company and they respond in a timely manner. Thanks

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the customer service.

First, I received the wrong product. When I contacted the seller, they refused to issue a refund and instead claimed the wig was “damaged,” which is simply not true. Before initiating the return, I sent clear photos and video showing the condition of the item and received approval to proceed.

Not only did they refuse to refund me, but they also did not offer to send the correct item or even return the product I paid for. Now they are asking me to pay additional shipping fees to send it back, which is unacceptable since the mistake was theirs.

Additionally, this wig was advertised as human hair, but when sprayed lightly with water for styling, the texture immediately became stiff and plastic-like. This strongly suggests the hair is synthetic or falsely advertised.

All I did was spray water to style it, noticed the unnatural texture change, and requested a return.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Customers trust sellers to deliver what is advertised and to resolve issues fairly. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller based on both product quality and customer service.
