They advertise 4.75% 30 year fixed. You get nowhere NEAR that. It’s a scam to get information.

I have repeatedly asked them to take me off their list, to no avail.

I am constantly inundated with ads from Lendago advertising rates that are not attainable by the average consumer. Recently saw advertised 4.38% which is far below what we know to be the 30-yr mortgage rate which is at around 6%. These companies need to be more transparent about fees, points, or special qualifications (ARMs) to attain these rates.

False advertising of rates, then sells your info. I did not expect the imiddiate 5 text threads and 3 robo calls that occured simultainiously. Frustrating and not worth your time.

They advertise rates that do not exist. It's very scammy, and as a Lender, it is frustrating because we have some of those leads sent to us.

They basically scam you into giving your information by offering "low rates" where in reality they don't offer any rates and instead just sell your information to a ton of random lenders

On 9 Dec 2025 I saw an advertisement on the internet stating interest rates were 4.60%. All I had to do was fill out the application to receive my rate. I completed the application process. However, I was NOT given a rate. I was given 5 lenders who I had to apply to in order to obtain my rate. From the 9th to current date, I have been bombarded by these lenders. Some do not even leave a voicemail. Some who do leave a voicemail, it was left by a Robo call, not a human. Some of these lenders will call me several times a day. On the first day, I would get called back to back by the same lender if I did not pick up the first time. One lender emailed me asking if I received the rate information he sent me. I never received any rate info. I eventually told the lender this. Still NO rate info. I eventually reached out to another lender. This lender said rates are not that low. I was told that Lendgo is not a lender. They just send leads to lenders. I came across a post on Instagram from Lendgo, which stated rates were 4.69%. As I skimmed through the comments, I saw lots of comments stating this was a lie. One commentor who is a lender broker, said this was a lie. I was so disgusted by my overall experience; I went to the BBB website to file a complaint. There was a complaint filed last month, and 25 complaints filed over the past 3 years. Now I am posting this review on Trustpilot.

I don't think they are anything more than a lead generator for other banks. Advertising a 2% better than average rates then jam you into everyone's robodial after they get your info. I block and report about 10 calls a day still and its been weeks. Avoid this scam!

All this website does is forward your information to mortgage lenders. It does not give current mortgage rates or any other useful information. I got spammed with a dozen phone calls before I even left the website. It's a scam.

I contacted the Consumer Protection Board and filed a complaint. Two days later I got an email from ENERGYBILLCRUNCHER who is in cahoots with Lendgo. Mortgage. I was able to unsubscribe and HAVE NOT HEARD FROM LENDGO SINCE. BE FOREWARNED ABOUT ENERGYBILLCRUNCHER ALSO. Best bet

100% a scam. The website looks good at first but once I submitted my info, I got a barrage of calls from no-name mortgage places... and now my in-box is filling with spam they signed me up for, not even directly related to mortgage rates. In addition, the link to unsubscribe from their awful emails is broken. I sent an email to them to delete my profile (since you cannot log in yourself to do this) and to stop sharing my information with other companies. No response. I only wish I had read these reviews first.

They advertise false low mortgage rate to get you to provide your correct information. I think it’s a scam

They lie and say they will give you mortgage rates...they just sell your data to mortgage companies who will call you incessantly. Don't use this site.

For the Love of God...stop emailing me - and fix your broken 'unsubscribe' link. You are coming off a little desperate...you all need therapy.

AS SOON as I clicked "submit" on my information, I started receiving spam phone calls from mortgage companies and the Lendgo website wouldn't show me any rates on their site as advertised. This company is a TOTAL SCAM to try and sell your personal information. DO. NOT. USE.

I barely clicked the last item when the annoying phone calls and texts started. They did not show how to get low rates as their site said it would. Total scam just to get you email and phone number!

If you click on Lendgo you’ll need to change your email and phone number. Worst experience in my life. This should be illegal. I have a week without peace. I am considering changing my phone number. I block every phone number but each company call you from a hundred different phone numbers.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Have received dozens of unsolicited emails from other companies after requesting information, and tens of calls to my home phone. Ridiculous and horrific behaviour. Absolute SPAM.
