Knowledgeable staff, loan was approved quick.

KEVIN ROGERS IS SO FULL OF CRAP IT'S UNBELIEVEABLE. He calls me out of the blue asking if I'm still looking for a loan. He then just stumbles over his lies and B/S. I told him upfront I wasn't willing to pay any upfront fees and if they require any not to waste his time or mine. He reassured me there wasn't any. He then goes through his spell have me holding on to his call while he talked to his "ACCOUNTING DEPT" AND CAME BACK WITH SOME NONSENSE. It took a while for him to send me documents but when he did They were asking for my mobile banking user id and password and I let him know that wasn't going to happen been screwed already will never do that again, they took everything except $2.17. He then came up with Western Union. He said they could wire the money but there was a fee of $300, 200 from the loan company and a hundred from me. Leary as I was cause this is an upfront fee I said ok I'll take a chance. but then he wants me to pay thru one of the internet pay systems Google or Apple wallet or something and I told him I didn't have those. He then suggests I get a Messi Mastercard debit card which is practically just a gift card but couldn't keep it straight. His manager then gets on asking what the problem is and I tell him no Google wallet, no gift cards, and no debit cards. If the $100 is for WU transfer fees why couldn't I just pay WU? I said if this is legit why do I have to go out and get another way of payment? A legit company could use my Debit card thru my bank and I told them to cancel the whole thing cause I didn't trust them. His manager kept saying just get a MACYS card AND I said Kevin said Messi so neither one of them had the story right. That's Lending USA I guess trying to get over. JUST LIKE MOST OF THE FILTH AND BOTTOM FEEDERS THAT IS ONLINE LOAN COMPANIES!

The representative who worked with me was very patient with me. During the process, I had tons of questions, and he was patient over a three day span and explained everything.And i'm actually happy with the program that I got with them

Process was fast and easy

Throughout the process, everyone was kind and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, I didn't know what all questions to ask, and they didn't volunteer the rather high origination fee (whatever they called it) nor did the exorbitant interest rate, which is higher than I was paying on any of the debt I was trying to get lowered, come up until the final "sign these documents" was done.

Everything was explained to me in detail.

The customer service experience was great. The reason for the low score is the high interest rate. $5k interest on a 10k loan is insane! I have a very good credit score which makes this more disappointing.
