I used Lendlord on my 1st Investment property using there bringing finance. Spoke to a very knowledgeable woman called Clare that gave me step by step guidance on how the bridging works. I now have 2 bridging loans with Lendlord as they made the process so effortless. Great company to deal with, very one to one and hands on. Would highly recommend Lendlord to any first time property investors or well established investors.

Lendlord offer a fantastic online platform which allows you to analyse and apply for various finance options easily (this is what first attracted me to them) that said what was more impressive is the ability to actually speak to a team who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a relatively new property developer I really felt these guys were supporting my business needs.

Have just completed on a mortgage and have been very impressed with the advice and knowledge from Simmy (Simranpreet Kaur).
