Excellent service
This was my first time renting a lens and the service was great. I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon for the weekend, it arrived by Friday lunch time and was able to use the lens all weekend.
I opted for parcelforce collection and it was picked up from my premises on Monday morning. Hassle free.
I would definitely use again.

Great customer service and awesome lens selection
Great customer service and awesome Lens selection.
I can't say enough about how good these guys are at helping out and getting lens to you last minute.
I messed up on my dates for a trip to Iceland and needed to change the lens dates which was a couple of days before my trip. I phone Lens Pimp and they got straight on it and had my Lens out the next day.
I've used these guys for a few years now and i've never had a problem.

Googled lens rental and Lenspimp showed up as one of the first choices. Emailed, and as you'd expect- sent proof of i.d. etc, had a short telephone conversation and the lens was with me next day.
I will be using Lenspimp again in the close future. Great service.

Avoid ! Extremely poor service from this company. Placed an order (R Hynes) on Friday for delivery Monday. They took payment straight away from my card and then emailed me on the Saturday morning to say they were cancelling the order ! No refund yet so I have had to get my credit card company involved.
Possible scammers ! Be aware !

Edit: Now that you have revealed the name on the account, the order was placed late on a Friday night for Saturday, unfortunately we cannot deliver on such short notice, our cut off time is 3pm (Mon-Fri) and we close at 5.30pm, Saturday is available for those that can pick-up locally from our office in Plymouth. We do require copies of identification and proof of address and we like to speak to our customers to ensure everything is in order, this is valuable equipment. Yes you made payment when you placed the order and this was refunded, it can be instant or it can take a day or two for the funds to clear it depends on your bank. Any further queries please do give us a call we’ll be happy to help.

Contacted to make order and had to provide proof of ID and address and then the lens and tripod were delivered. All worked as expected. No issues whatsoever.

Top class service
As a first time lens renter I was a little unsure of the process, it was unknown territory for me. My mind was immediately put at ease after an introductory phone call, everything was explained super clearly and all my questions were answered extremely knowledgeably. Excellent customer service to say the least, clearly a service ran by real photographers for real photographers. The delivery and returns process itself is a breeze, and the price and range of equipment available for hire is great. I've already placed my second order for some lenses for an upcoming wedding shoot. Thanks so much LensPimp!
