This is a company that well and truly lives up to its name. Being a first time buyer I did not know the first thing I needed to do when it came to getting a mortgage or what what was involved with buying a house. James and his team not only helped me with getting a mortgage with the best rate that suited me and my husband, he also took the time to go above and beyond in providing all information required during the process and no question was ever made to feel like a silly one. They took on my application, understood exactly the background and complexities with previous broker; the demystified the situation and got both mortgages offered within one month of Indian application. Paid 250£ for the service of getting a mortgage, James told me it looks ok and we can get a mortgage but after a couple of weeks no joy.
Then Helen said we can apply with Kent Reliance as everything looks ok but I have to pay Kent reliance 440£ admin fee to do the checks. Now it has been declined I was left with no explanation of why and 690£ spent.
