Reece was extremely helpful and considerate. He explained my options and answered any questions I had. He has a natural customer service skill and seemed very genuine and emphatic. I did not feel rushed and was able to carefully consider my options and what was the best for me. He was very respectful going through the medical questions. A lovely person to talk to today.

I spoke to Reece Childs who sorted out my new life insurance policy. Very kind and patient and such a good telephone manner. He explained everything clearly and let me know the next steps. He really is a credit to the company and I can’t thank him enough for his time and knowledge.

I spoke with Maxie Nkwenzie one the insurance advisors at LetsGoCover. He was very pleasant and patient and found a slightly cheaper option for Over 50's Cover than I had previously been offered. So I accepted. He was very friendly and we had a nice chat. Turned out we had a few things in common so that was good to know.He was very nice to speak to and put me at ease.
