The MOST professional, easy to use, speedy service one can get and for a reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend. Will use again when needed, and most certainly recommend to all I know. Communication is the best, and they let you know every step as to what is happening and what to expect. Love this service.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly this process went. Vangie was awesome! She helped me through all of the documentation and the rest of the protocol and was such a pleasure to deal with. Everything was done within 15 business days. I would highly recommend using Let's Russia! I would personally use them again.

This was a great experience. The customer service at Let’s Russia is excellent. Vangie was always quick to respond to my questions via email and text. We applied for our 3 year visas while traveling abroad and we were able to get our visas from their office in Germany. I recently used Let's Russia to get a 3-year visa and I couldn't be more pleased. I researched this process extensively on my own and found that it is incredibly intimidating and complex. I'm very disappointed in this company. I arranged a visit with them for Russia but when the Ukrainian war broke out I decided it was not a good time to go to Russia

I asked the company multiple times for a refund of the money I paid them to arrange a visa and they promised on multiple occasions they would send me a refund but after a year it still hasn't shown up

Every time I contacted them they were very apologetic and blamed the delay on their accounting department which I now believe was just an excuse and they never had any plans to refund my money

I would avoid having anything to do with this company

Let's Russia has been a true life saver for us. One of our Russian friends fell ill. Being so far away in the US (and with sanctions), we were not sure how to help or where to turn. We found LR, and they are amazing!

The business letsrussia does not exist as a registered business in the United States. Do not give any of your money to this company. It's a fraud and a fake company. I lost more than 5000 USD and got nothing. Marcus is a pathological liar and there are no other employees. Be warned.
