I understand your frustration regarding the minimum order quantity of 500 envelopes and the inability to order a mix of 250 regular and 250 window envelopes. We appreciate your feedback.
Our envelopes are packaged 500 envelopes per box. They have been for over 60 years.
We could sell you 250 of each envelope but it is not cost effective for us to do so. The cost of the 250 would be more than the 500 you can buy directly on the website. We have to refigure cost, create a custom order, find special packaging and so on. This would end up costing the customer more for 250 of each than it would 500 of each.
We do appreciate your order of 500 envelopes that you placed and we hope you like them.
Please reconsider your 3 star review as it has a direct impact on how we do business.

Great Quality
I ordered large envelopes for our accounting office and I was very impressed with the quality, this is my second order. The other major positive is that the staff is so professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate a staff that talks to their customers like they have known them forever, easy to work with.
