I held off writing this review as long as I could. I have been with Lettuce for over a year and I will say if has been frustrating. Onboarding was horrible with very little support, leaving me to figure things out on my own. The communication at this company is mediocre at best. Emails frequently/mostly go unanswered. I have emails form August 2025 that have never received a reply! Outside of the video chat option for tax purposes only, there is no other means of communication/support. This taxes season has been challenging to say the least. As of today my S corp city taxes have not been completed or even started, mind you it is now 4/16. I mentioned this during my video chats and via several emails (which have not replied to). My personal city taxes would not have been completed if I didn’t mention it multiple times. Now I’m left wondering if I need to go pay someone else to complete them. For what we pay monthly, Lettuce needs to do better.

I appreciate the assistance in transitioning my business into an S-Corp, as well as the platform to see how my income is distributed. I know I'm getting tax savings, so that's a pro. However, since joining, the onboarding process and communication have been clunky and confusing. Their Lettuce AI bot is helpful to a point, but overall, if I had to choose now, I'd likely pay more for a service that provides more human support, explanation, and guidance without leaving me guessing or wondering if all the bases are being covered.

The platform and automation are wonderful but when you need to speak with a person, it is very frustrating that there is not a person to contact.

The fact the the app is very simple and accessible and made for my own benefits.

Lettuce just works! Set up my LLC and bank account was seamless. Now my income hits my account and automatically sets aside a proper amount for tax payments so I'm not surprised at the end of the year like I was this year. Sending myself owner distribution payments is such a delightful experience with Lettuce.

I've been using Lettuce for a little over a year. I really like the software. I have been very unhappy with support when I have an issue though. I can't get questions answered promptly, and often a different person will respond to an issue that is partially resolved instead of one person seeing the issue through to resolution. It is deeply frustrating and is making me consider using something else.

I have been using Lettuce for a year and a half and I not only love the software as it makes it so easy for me to manage my invoicing, taxes and more. But I also really love the customer service. Whenever I have a question, the team is super helpful and quick. I recommend Lettuce Financial to everyone.

Took the complexity out of having to figure out accounting and taxes for my business.

Onboarding & migration has been an absolute nightmare. Painfully slow & limited comms. I'm in my 6th week and still not a functional platform. I currently have $50K in funds that have left my old bank and have not posted in my Lettuce accounts, with my original $10K in limbo for 7 banking days now. The bank links work, money left my bank, but Lettuce doesn't show it. I have no access to my funds and have no idea where my money is. Emails go unanswered, no phone support available to call (they use a phone number app if they contact you so it's not their actual number...not sure what that's about). I regret doing choosing Lettuce at this point and have disrupted my business so much that I have to see it through to completion. Lettuce has failed to earn my trust as financial partner in my business, and is proving to be a very poor decision on my part for choosing them. I don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this one.

Getting setup and fully onboarded has been an extremely slow and a very glitchy process. Started this process on registering my LLC in early February and took them a month to just submit the documents to the state. Support team is EXTREMELY slow at answering compared to any other services I’ve used. Honestly I’d be happier having AI answer me at this point. Now that the company is registered the dashboard software doesn’t even work and isn’t even displaying that I have access to the bank account or anything. I would say there is no way this service is worth $300 a month. At $300 a month you would think this would be a pretty straightforward painless experience.

My experience has been very poor, at best. I waited over four weeks for my business to be incorporated due to repeated back-and-forth regarding the name and structure. I was informed that I needed to form a professional corporation instead of an LLC, but no clear explanation was provided regarding the differences in compliance or what that would mean for me. I proceeded based on the assumption that the process would be similar.

When I finally received my paperwork, the name on the S-corporation election form did not match the name on my official incorporation documents. I notified them immediately, but responses often take several days to a full week. It has now been over a month, and the issue still has not been resolved.

Additionally, my bank account information was changed without my knowledge, which created confusion with the invoices I had already sent out.

Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I truly wish I had not gone through this process with them. I remain hopeful that things will improve, but at this point, it has been very disappointing.

Update: As of 3/30/26, still no response. I've left emails and voicemails.

They made it easy to do the part that I want to do least. I haven't had to do a thing but pay them - which wasn't cheap - but worth it.

My recent experience has been quite frustrating. I was told that I needed to "opt in" for tax prep (a service which is supposed to be included for my $300+ per month membership fees), and can only do that with some magic link that support had to send me. This was after being given an incorrect link, and having no way to access tax prep in my dashboard. Immediately after "opting in", my account is broken and I cannot even log in. This happened immediately after Lettuce decided to change banks, which means I can't access my new bank info or give that to clients to get paid.

Running a business is hard enough, and this service is supposed to simplify things like banking and taxes. In my recent experience, those things have been overly complicated and burdened by issues within the app.

My onboarding is going terribly. I still have not received the proper documentation to bill my clients under what was supposed to be my transition to an S-Corp. I get slow responses from support (more than 24 hours) and only an email which did not address all my questions. I requested a 1:1 meeting with someone from support and was ignored. I am now going to try to get a refund, which hopefully will happen, but I am not optimistic.

Lettuce is a blessing. I don't think I would have been able to pivot to a fractional and be successful without having the tooling and platform in place to manage my formation, key accounting, invoicing, payments. I would need to have a few separate tools that don't integrate together and spend a lot of time an headache to do this all myself. I recommend Lettuce to anyone who will listen.

Fantastic and fast/personable customer service.

Most features of lettuce I love. The only place they fall down is bookkeeping. It is the hardest and weakest part of the platform.

Everything works great. They filed my initial paperwork, set up bank accounts, etc.

The only issue I have with it is lack of 3rd-party integrations-- I feel like they push their own debit card/401k plan, and there are better deals on the market than their affiliate programs
