Very easy to set up am appointment for them to servey your property and it was very qucikly inspected, did not have to wait weeks on end,and the report was so very in depth i was actually not expecting all the information i received,also the person i was in contact with via email was really helpful, guided me through the process, drone footage was extra bonus too, also was after care to ask if i wanted to speak to the surveyor and ask questions. Cant fault the service at all

I cannot recommend Lexington Surveyors highly enough. We used them for a survey ahead of a property purchase, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Diana was super professional, timely and thorough in all our communication, keeping us well informed and never leaving a query unanswered for long.

Natan carried out the survey itself and produced a very detailed, clearly written report that gave us real confidence in understanding the property's condition. He was also extremely helpful and patient in answering our follow-up questions afterwards, taking the time to explain the findings properly rather than just pointing us back to the document.

Altogether a great, reassuring experience, and one I'd happily recommend to anyone needing a survey done properly.

Lexington Surveyors were recommended to me. They were extremely professional and efficient. They delivered the report very quickly after the survey which was appreciated. The after sales care was unexpected but very welcome. I had the opportunity to talk through the survey with the surveyor and when moved managed to find and stop a slow leak highlighted by them in the report. Further more once settled after a few months they reached out and answered a couple of questions I had. First rate - thank you.

I cannot recommend Lexington Surveyors highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been excellent and genuinely worth every penny.

We instructed them to carry out a Level 3 survey on a property we are purchasing and the report was extremely thorough. It highlighted a number of significant issues that we simply would not have been aware of otherwise and gave us a much clearer understanding of the true condition of the property before committing to the purchase.

What impressed me most was the service after the report. Diana was always helpful and responsive, and arranged for me to speak directly with Natan, the surveyor who inspected the property. Natan took the time to go through my concerns, explain his findings in plain English and give me practical and realistic advice about the works that may be required. He was also happy to answer further questions afterwards, which was hugely appreciated.

At no point did I feel rushed or that I had simply been sent a report and left to work everything out myself. The whole experience felt professional, thorough and genuinely focused on protecting us as buyers.

A Level 3 survey isn’t cheap, but after this experience I can honestly say it has been some of the best money we have spent during the house-buying process. The information and advice we received could potentially save us tens of thousands of pounds and, more importantly, has allowed us to make an informed decision about such a major purchase.

I can really recommend Lexington surveyors. Diana was so helpful and responsive from start to finish, and the survey I received was very thorough. The survey was carried out on Wednesday and we received the report later that week, which was must faster than expected.

After being initially a little sceptical about my 113 page level 3 survey on reading it thoroughly I was very impressed. Likewise the conversation I had subsequently with the surveyor was very informative and useful. I would certainly recommend Lexington to another house buyer looking for a proper survey.
