Handover was fantastic, she was very knowledgeable about the car and made the final experience very good. We were very disappointed however with the difficulty in getting a receipt for the bank transfers we made. Given the scams surrounding money transfers these days, it was very disappointing that your business doesn’t provide receipts. It took hours to get this sorted and caused delays in paying for the car, which then impacted on pick up.

Lexus Parramatta made my vehicle purchasing a pleasant experience.

I had purchased my last Lexus here 18 years ago so returned with a hopeful expectation of a good trade in price and a new car.
I wasn't disappointed.

Within the calm and relaxed feel of the showroom, Sales consultant Varad, listened to my needs and showed and explained choices.

He was a gentleman, no pressure but encouraging. After a test drive and respectful negotiations, the purchase was made.

A little more on the trade in would have been nice but it saved me the hassle of a private sale.

For me, Lexus sells itself but it's the sales consultant that makes the difference!

I dealt with Jason and he was excellent… was very patient while I went from one model to another and even back and forth to Toyota to compare!
The staff were all wonderful to deal with from getting window tinting through to final pick up with run down on how to operate the car.
I received a message, just a couple of after pickup, to make sure I wasn’t having any problems with operating the car! I really thought that was a good thing.

Very poor and unprofessional in dealing with a matter with the dealer principal himself who called me then did not know what car I bought, assumed it was second hand (profiling) and did not know I was a Lexus 5 time repeat customer over 22 years. Seems like he did not care and kept asking weird questions like what are you playing it, oh you put in a lot of effort and time here....... Sometimes when a company has done the wrong thing they need to fix it - dont need a PHD to work that out.... !!

I didn’t plan to buy a Lexus that day we visited Lexus of Parramatta. My husband and I just wanted to have a look at LBX model and compare it with RAV 4- my constraint was my budget.
Together with a family friend, we were met by Jason who was so patient with our questions. As we went through the different models, the NX 350h was my husband’s dream car and it also became my dream car!
I was convinced this is our retirement car and was meant to be. I have to adjust my budget!
The customer service was excellent! All the people we met were great.

The experience has been amazing since the time we entered the doors of Lexus Parramatta. We were served by Jason Guo, who was professional; kind hearted and knowledgeable with his service. I would recommend him for his services and my next car will definitely be a Lexus.
